Salma Hayek couldn't resist a little pumpkin emoji as she reminded her 16.4 million Instagram followers which color is best for October today. The 54-year-old actress' Thursday Instagram update shouted out both throwback mode and the upcoming October 31 Halloween calendar date, with the "Like A Boss" actress proving that orange always wins. Salma, recently in the news for proving she nearly touched the moon – and with the photo to prove it – is now back in the news for her killer curves. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. Salma, rocking everything from hot pink Gucci to her chocolate-brown bathing suit this year, had shared a candid snap seemingly taken outside a red carpet event. The Mexican, shot close up, was in front of a mic and photographed at night, seen stunning in a simple, orange, and strapless dress that flaunted her famous assets.

Salma, in the middle of speaking as she was captured, also wore glittery drop earrings and her dark hair swept into a bun.

Updates from Salma, who gained 100,000 followers this month after her bubble bath treasure hunt photo, don't take long to rake in the comments. "Stunning ???????," one fan wrote, with others sending the actress long strings of fire and heart emoji.

Salma's off-beat Instagram is definitely worth a follow. The star has snapped the beetle on her sunglasses in 2020, with this week bringing an unusual image as Hayek posed against a moon sky with her finger creating the optical illusion that she was near the moon – "I can almost touch the moon," she wrote.

Salma, who regularly shouts out the low-credit modeling gigs that marked her early days, posted a side-lying photo in a chocolate-brown bikini as she let fans know what was going on last month.

"This photo is from a European bathing suit campaign I did for H&M in 1999," she wrote, only to return a day later and in a similar position while poolside.

"2020: More than 20 years after my last post. Ready for the weekend! Have a great #Friday!" she captioned the shot.
