Christina Hall did not sign up for a life where her daughter, Taylor Reese, followed in her career footsteps at a young age!

Even though she has made a name for herself as a real estate investor, previously co-starring on HGTV's "Flip or Flop," alongside her now ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, Hall is not open to her daughter finding the same success in real estate just yet. And it does not matter how naturally gifted the 12-year-old is or if both her parents are already established.

Christina Hall Wants A "Normal" Life For Her Children

As Hall continues to grow her brand as a real estate guru and reality star, it is safe to assume that she has seen all the industry has to offer— the highs, lows, and in-betweens. Thus, making it relatively easier for her to know which child shares her love for design and if following that path at a young age would be healthy for them.

During a recent interview, the "Christina on the Coast" star opened up about her eldest daughter — whom she shares with Tarek — already showing interest in walking in her parents' paths.

"Taylor is just a natural. She's actually really good at design and she's really good on camera. It kind of freaks me out, but I don't want her to do any of that for a while," Hall told E! News.

Hall admitted that while she permitted Taylor and Brayden James — her second child whom she also shares with Tarek — to make cameos in her new HGTV show, "Christina in the Country," she had no hopes that any episode would focus on them mainly. Explaining this, the mother-of-three said:

"They film with us maybe a maximum of an hour, maybe once a month. I want them to go to college and then later, much later, if that's something they want to do and pursue, more power to them. But most importantly, I just want them to have normal childhoods."

Hall's plans are already materializing, as she indicated in the birthday tribute she dedicated to Taylor last September. The Blast reported that the doting mom posted a slew of pictures, including one that showed the celebrant posing beside a blue boulder decorated with a painting of a three-layered yellow and pink cake and four balloons.

Subsequent images showed the almost-teenager enjoying cuddles with Hall, playing with dogs, taking a selfie under an umbrella, and leaning against the wall as a toddler. The carousel also included a view of the baby girl taking her place as a bridesmaid at her mom's wedding to her current — and third — husband, Josh Hall. The proud mom gushed in the caption:

The birthday post accrued 83,000 likes and multiple shoutouts from Hall's fans', with one person pondering, "Didn't she just have a birthday? Omg she's growing up too fast!" A second fan claimed that Taylor was lucky to have the 39-year-old as a mother, while others noted that "Tarek's genes won" regarding her physical appearance.

The "Brother vs. Brother" Judge Purchases Retirement Home In Tennessee

Hall recently added a Tennessee holiday home to her collection, despite already having two mansions in California and Nashville, which she shuffles between. Soon after the purchase, the San Diego State University alum stated that she loved how the "combination of having privacy and the family values of the people there feels very different." Speaking further, the Anaheim native said:

"It's the best. It's definitely where we'll retire. I would love to do the opposite [of what I do now]: I would love to live there full time and then have a cute little beach cottage in California, in La Jolla, that we hop back to."

As it turned out, Hall's eyes are set on making the home — located in Franklin — her family's base for their golden years. Succinctly put, the "ultimate plan" was to relocate and settle in after her kids — including Hudson London, whom she shares with her ex Ant Anstead — are done with school.

For the "Christina: Stronger by Design" host, who has lived in California all her life, "this was truly a fresh start."
