Madonna is seemingly up to something!

Fans woke up to see that the pop icon’s Instagram page had been cleared, and many fans opined that either a new album or a tour was forthcoming.

It has seemingly become a trend for most artists to clear up their Instagram pages in preparation for new music. In 2017, Taylor Swift cleared her Instagram page and then dropped new music some days later. The Weeknd also applied the same tactics before releasing his album.

Now, with the “Frozen” singer clearing her Instagram posts, fans can tell that something is forthcoming, and many seemed to have figured out what’s to come.

Madonna Clears Her Instagram Page In Preparation For Something Big

The “Material Girl” singer’s Instagram page, at the time of this writing, reveals a blank page, showing that she had deleted all her posts and was left with no content. However, still present are some highlights from her last Madame X tour, and her follower count of over 18 million remains constant.

Shortly after the occurrence, fans on Twitter had a field day figuring out what the “Hung Up” singer was up to with her decision to strip her Instagram page clean.

A fan expressed excitement about something big, writing, “MOTHER IS COMING TO SAVE THE POP INDUSTRY.“ Another fan shared a similar sentiment, tweeting, “Madonna tour rumors, I’m nearly in tears.”

An avid fan of the singer declared that a tour was coming, writing, “Madonna has deleted all of her Instagram posts! THE CELEBRATION TOUR IS COMING!!”

Showing off pure excitement, an ardent Madonna fan shared a meme of NeNe Leakes from an episode of "RHOA," jubilating and cheering while driving. Accompanying the meme were the words, “madonna deleting all her Instagram posts.”

More tweets from Madonna’s followers continued to pour in, highlighting their excitement for the big news. This netizen tweeted, “The silence of @Madonna's social networks has arrived. Ready?” and added a hot photo of the pop star in a shush pose.

“I’m going to have a heart attack ….. it’s finally coming,” a netizen gushed while another exclaimed, “MADONNA IS DELETING ALL HER POSTS IN INSTA... IT'S COMING!!”

An ardent fan noted the lengths he would go to attend the tour, adding, “I'm so ready to sell all my shit so I can afford front stage of Madonna's new tour.” Reportedly, the “Like a Virgin” singer has her 40th-anniversary tour in the works, which she planned with her longtime concert promotion partner and producer Live Nation and music manager Guy Oseary.

Madonna will perform music from her entire catalog, from her 1983 self-titled debut album to her 2019 studio album, "Madame X." The world tour will be the pop icon’s first-ever career retrospective, featuring a mix of her biggest hits since she started her career and would allegedly include a multi-night run at the O2 in London.

“It’s going to be the biggest tour she’s ever done,” an insider told Billboard. Recall that Madonna’s last tour, Madame X tour, was in 2019. The tour was a theater run that had challenges in production delays and also the issue of Madonna’s recurring hip and knee injuries. It garnered negative critical reviews in the press for its habitual late start time and prompted two class-action lawsuits from fans.

The “Frozen” Singer Posted A Risqué Content During The Festive Period

Before clearing her Instagram page, the Queen Of pop gave her fans some risqué content to celebrate the holiday, which The Blast reported.

The 64-year-old posed in black lacy lingerie and accessorized with several gold necklaces, and was joined by four youngest children, David, 17; Mercy, 16; Stelle, 10; and Estere, 10.

The songwriter captioned the post, “Santa Baby,” alongside several Christmas-themed emoji. Fans were quick to criticize the singer for her choice of apparel, knowing fully well that the video featured her kids.

A follower wondered what the look was about, and he asked, “Is the goal of how creepy one can be?” One fan called the singer out for her facial looks, saying, “This cannot be Madonna if it is, then she’s lost the plot!! I am a fan, and this isn’t my Madonna.”

Another user bluntly remarked, “Madona, stop the filter. I want to see you as who you are no filter no filters no filters !!!!!!”

Amidst the criticism, an observer chose to spread the holiday cheer and simply dropped a “Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful kids!”
