Kelly Ripa 100% admitted that paying to have her pleated metallic skirt shortened was worth the cost today. The 50-year-old "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host appeared in a brand new video shared to the popular morning show's Instagram on Thursday – #KellysFashionFinder was back for its usual daily dose, with the blonde's impeccable style getting showcased with an unusually-high level of enthusiasm. Kelly was also back with 45-year-old co-host Ryan Seacrest after his COVID scare. Check it all out below.

Scroll for the video. Kelly was seen on the socially-distanced set and looking a total doll while twirling around and lifting her hot pink, shiny, and high-waisted Christopher Kane skirt – the former "All My Children" actress had paired it with a chic, polka-dot-spotted blouse from Italian luxury designer Valentino.

Kelly, also rocking yellow high heels, swished her skirt around, saying she'd gotten the skirt from FarFetch at a "very moderate price point," adding that she'd paid to have it "tailored" – Kelly then gesticulated way down to how long the skirt once was.

Kelly, a pint-sized 5 ft 2 inches, admitted that the skirt was "beyond floor length," adding that: "I spent the money to have it tailored" – the "dividends" were totally worth it for the talk show queen.

Fans have been commenting – bear in mind, Kelly is fresh from being told her Isabel Marant minidress was way too short as it rode right up recently. Followers have been throwing Ripa the thumbs-up, even asking for more. "Do a full twirl spin," one fan wrote. Check out more reactions after the video.

Kelly's fashionista looks largely come courtesy of stylist Shoshanna Grutt, with the two often seen thick as thieves backstage in pre-pandemic times. Users today were keen on Kelly seeming to have put her own outfit together.

"Kelly looks so much cooler when she dresses herself," one fan wrote, adding: "I always hated what you had her wearing, until she started showing up in her own clothes. Now I love what she wears. So stylish!"

Kelly's high-end designer vibes aren't always popular, though, with a recent Gucci showoff seeing the mom of three slammed for wearing clothes that aren't affordable.

Kelly fronted media outlets this week for being left stranded two days in a row after "American Idol" host and co-star Ryan Seacrest took the day off, then stayed home while awaiting results of a COVID test. Seacrest was reported to have been suffering from a "minimal cough," with the show alerting fans to the situation.

A Tuesday message from "Live!" read: "'UPDATE: Great news.. test came back and he's negative! Ryan will be back tomorrow!'"

Kelly and Ryan jointly made headlines in September for ending 180 days of quarantine-set video streaming and finally returning to the set, doing so in hilarious full hazmat suits and World War II-style gas masks.
