Britney Spears deleted a video from her social media that caused a little controversy for her revealing outfit and song choice.

The 38-year-old singer has removed the 1 minute and 11-second clip of her getting down to Madonna's "Justify My Love." Britney shared the post on her Instagram earlier this week. It appears she had a change of heart about it.

In the video, the "Toxic" singer moves around the entryway of the living room of her Los Angeles mansion.

Britney wore a low cut red halter top with short black panties. She decided to throw on a pair of black high heels to finish off the ensemble.

The entertainer, who hasn't toured in some time, loves to blow off a little steam by dancing inside her mega-mansion. Britney didn't seem to be bothered by critics with her dance and moved around freely.

It's unclear if her team was unhappy with the video of Britney decided to take down the post herself.

The video disappearing comes amid Britney's nasty court battle with her father Jamie Spears. The two are currently battling over control of the singer's conservatorship. As The Blast previously reported, Britney scored a huge victory in court this month when a judge sided with her.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a motion allowing Britney to hire outside counsel to represent her in the case.

Britney had been pleading with the court to hire a corporate company to handle her finances.

Jamie Spears has been fighting his daughter every step of the way. He strongly opposed to Britney being able to hire her own lawyers. He argued Britney may not be mentally capable of making her own decisions.

At one point, Jamie gave an interview where he called the #FreeBritney movement a "conspiracy theory." The move appeared to tick off Britney who had her lawyer write in court documents that she appreciated the support of all her fans.

The #FreeBritney supports believe the 12-year conservatorship should come to an end ASAP.

Earlier this month, Brit's sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, sat down for an interview with Nylon magazine. Jamie discussed the Zoey 101 reboot, growing up in the spotlight, and her teen pregnancy.

In the magazine, Jamie never mentioned Britney's troubles or her family battling it out in court over the conservatorship.

The outlet did not ask Jamie about the conservatorship battle involving Britney or the fight over control of the estate. Despite being mum on the matter, Jamie Lynn is involved in the conservatorship and was recently put in charge of one of Britney's trust.
