Chelsea Handler Trolls 50 Cent As Rapper Begs Ex GF To Not Let Politics Affect Them

50 Cent has become a hero to some and a betrayer to others after his recent comments about the Biden tax plan. Now his opinion has wreaked havoc in his personal life and Chelsea Handler just re-broke up with her former flame.

Handler fired off a jab at her ex-boyfriend on Tuesday after his humourous 62% tax plan Instagram post went viral and made national news. 50 Cent and Chelsea briefly dated in 2010 but have remained friends ever since. In fact, the former talk show host often calls the rapper her "favorite ex" but she just changed her opinion!

Chelsea seemed to take umbrage with the fact that Fox News was praising her ex in a segment called, "50 Cent VS 62 Percent." Earlier in the day, 50 tweeted, "Yeah, i don't want to be 20cent. 62% is a very, very, bad idea. i don't like it!"

"You used to be my favorite ex-boyfriend," Handler tweeted out.

50 Cent seemed to be genuinely sad about Chelsea's comment... or at least jokingly sad.

"?‍♂️oh my God this is affecting my love life now. @chelseahandler I love ya Gator, don’t let Trump and joe Biden come between us girl," the rapper captioned a picture of Chelsea's tweet.

As we previously mentioned, 50 Cent and Chelsea briefly dated in 2010. A year before, the rapper and the comedienne met when he appeared on her talk show, "Chelsea Lately."

Both stars are still constantly asked about each other and also had fond words about their fling. Handler praised the rapper as recently as August when she shared a cute throwback pic of the two.

"Special shout out to my favorite ex @50cent (and the only ex-boyfriend I am still asked about in every interview) who gets an extra special shout out in my @hbomax special. Now, everyone will know that you’re one big fat teddybear. Xx," Chelsea wrote at the time.

The rapper shocked a portion of his fan base when had a burst of emotion after seeing Biden's tax plan.

"?WHAT THE F! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, ?‍♂️?F NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. ??‍♂️I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f***ing mind. ?" he captioned a picture of the tax breakdown.

The words of a celebrity triggered a lot of people and his comments ended up being part of the news cycle.

"?you see that, i post something on IG while watching the News and i end up on the front page of the paper.?‍♂️," he remarked after being featured on the cover of the New York Post.

It's no secret that Handler is a staunch Democrat and fully backs Biden but, at the end of the day, she just wants her fans to go out and vote. She encouraged her millions of followers to get out and vote with a special shirt.

"This election is about showing up for the people in this country who are treated differently because of their skin color. It’s about saying no to white supremacy and yes to women, non-binary, trans, all people of color and saying yes to democracy and yes to freedom, because this is the election where we can finally choose to become the America we’ve always had the potential to be," she wrote on social media.
