Tekashi 6ix9ine has been in plenty of legal woes over the last five years. One case that is beginning to haunt him even more is his alleged involvement in sexually assaulting a 13-year-old at a party back in 2015 when he was 18.
According to TMZ, he is now being sued regarding these actions as the girl is being listed as Jane Doe. He initially plead guilty in 2018 to the use of a child in a sexual performance and received four years of probation.
Girl Says She Was Unable To Consent To 6ix9ine’s Actions At The Time
Doe explains that in 2015, she was underage and was not able to consent to what the Brooklyn rapper was doing. She cited being under the influence of drugs and alcohol in not being able to give consent. She added that an adult by the name of Tay Milly made three “sexually explicit videos” which ended up surfacing on the Internet.
Court documents state that the first video displayed Doe performing oral sex on Milly as 6ix9ine did “pelvic thrusts” behind her and slapped her buttocks.

In the second video, it allegedly featured Doe sitting on 6ix9ine’s lap in a bra and underwear set. Doe also claims that the final video featured her laying naked on 6ix9ine and Milly’s laps as Milly started to grope her.
The charges being filed against the two are child sexual assault, child sexual abuse and infliction of emotional distress. The plea deal that got 6ix9ine four years of probation was having to plea guilty to “partaking in the making and disseminating of a music video featuring a sexual video of a 13-year-old.”
6ix9ine’s Attorney Says This Case Will Be Defended ‘Vigorously’
6ix9ine’s long-time attorney, Lance Lazzaro, has since responded and told TMZ that 6ix9ine will “defend the lawsuit vigorously” after he’s properly served. Lazzaro and others online have also questioned why this lawsuit is surfacing five years after the alleged incident took place.
6ix9ine also recently spoke on the case and the aftermath of the incident with The New York Times and acknowledged that he was young at the time by saying “I was 18 at the time. Am I this 40-year-old Jeffrey Epstein type?”
Fans Have Since Continued To Cancel 6ix9ine
Following the announcement of this lawsuit, users on social media have continued to cancel 6ix9ine for his alleged involvement in this case. Many are viewing him as a predator and as someone who needs to be in prison for this crime.
This all comes after being released from prison in April for his federal racketeering case. He was sentenced to two years in prison back in December 2019 but was given credit for time served. 6ix9ine served house arrest up until August as he was able to leave prison due to COVID-19 concerns.
