"DWTS" pros Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy are expanding their family.
Murgatroyd shared the baby news with a slew of photos of her baby bump on Instagram, adding that she was unaware she was pregnant for weeks. In a recent interview with People magazine, she recalled feeling the usual symptoms but put off taking a pregnancy test for a while.
After confirming that she was pregnant, the dancer said she felt "skeptical" due to her previous miscarriages. Now that she is pregnant, Murgatroyd said she feels excited to show off her baby bump but is not ready to reveal the sex of the child.

'I Didn't Even Know I Was Pregnant For So Long'
In an interview with People magazine, Murgatroyd shared the joyous announcement about expanding their family after previously experiencing three miscarriages.
The pair, who have been married since 2017, share a son Shai and, for years, had tried to add another child to the family.
Through that period, they had first sought fertility treatment to help them get pregnant, all to no avail. Fortunately, the 36-year-old female dancer ended up taking in naturally.
"All natural, it happened," she told the publication. "I didn't even know I was pregnant for so long until I was really feeling sick. I danced through Dancing with the Stars with it.
Murgatroyd recalled feeling the usual symptoms, but at the time, she was unaware that it stemmed from her pregnancy.
She added, "I started feeling weird, started feeling a little bit sick and a little bloated, and I didn't want to test for weeks."
Peta Murgatroyd Says She Was 'Shocked' And 'Skeptical'
When she eventually went in for the test, seeing that the result revealed she was pregnant was quite shocking for the "Burn The Floor" alum.
"I think it was the fastest positive I've ever seen in my life," Murgatroyd recalled her reaction. "It just came up super quick, and I was just shocked. "
However, rather than jump for joy, the dancer, who is almost 18 weeks along, celebrated her win quietly. Due to her previous miscarriages, she was "skeptical" about whether she would end up carrying the baby to term.
She added, "It wasn't like I jumped for joy and I shouted from the rooftops, 'Oh my God, I'm pregnant. Yay!' It was more like a, 'Okay, well let's see what happens because I've been through this four other times, and it hasn't worked.' So I was very skeptical. I didn't even tell Maks for a while."
Peta Murgatroyd Speaks On Battling Infertility
Battling infertility before finally getting pregnant took quite a toll on Murgatroyd and her husband, and some days, it felt overwhelming.
The ordeal was further worsened by the duo having to frequently answer Shai's question about whether he would be getting a sibling.
"It was a lot some days," she told People during an interview in June 2022. "Very emotional because I didn't know what to tell him anymore. I told him the first two times, but I kept it vague. I didn't make it into this whole, 'Oh my God, we're having a baby' thing. I just said, 'Be careful with Mummy's belly. She has a baby in there.' "
She added about the experience, "I guess that's been another really hard part of it because he sees other kids with siblings."
No Sex Reveal Yet
In the meantime, Murgatroyd is holding on to details about the sex of her child as she feels she is not ready to share the news with the public.
She had previously been keeping her pregnancy under wraps but is now hyped about showing off her baby bump now that the public knows.
"It's going to be so good that I can just go around and not wear baggy clothes now," said the mother of one, with a second one to come in June. "I can get on social media and show my whole body. I've been doing everything from the boobs up."
The "DWTS" alum also acknowledged that her pregnancy had come with a lot of food cravings for "bread and pasta and rice and all the good stuff," excluding "ice cream and cookies."
