Olympic gold medalist Nastia Liukin may be having herself a relaxing Sunday afternoon, but that doesn't mean she can't show off a fire outfit of the day. 30-year-old Liukin took to Instagram on Sunday and treated her over 1 million followers to a look at her outfit, which was perfect for a relaxing day. Liukin's Sunday Funday fit comes on the heels of the star defending herself after she was accused of promoting anorexia on social media over her posts.

The 5-time Olylmpic gold medalist hit up downtown Dallas near her home in Texas on Sunday afternoon and didn't need to get glammed up for the jaunt.

"sweatpants hair tied chillin with no makeup on ? (how i spend 90% of my life)" Liukin captioned her fresh-faced pic.

The star was wearing a killer sweatsuit with matching pants and crop top, and accessorized with a pair of dark-rimmed sunglasses. Perhaps her best part of the outfit, though, was a golden pair of Nike Dunks, a popular sneaker among footwear aficionados.

Lots of Nastia Liukin's followers were going gaga over her sweatsuit, but not nearly as many as those who were loving her sneakers.

"Ohhh those Nike dunks are ?," one fan commented.

"Love the Js!" another sneakerhead wrote.

"No!! Don’t crease the toe box!!" a third person warned in reference to Liukin squatting down for her Instagram pic.

Nike Dunks have been a staple of the shoe giant's arsenal since they first debuted in 1985, shortly after they released the Air Jordan 1.

Liukin's social media post comes days after the Olympic gymnast felt the need to defend herself and go public after getting a troubling message from an alleged fan.

Addressing the issue in a separate post, Liukin explained:

"This week I got a DM that really triggered me in so many ways ... it made me feel: defeated, pissed, sad, annoyed, confused, shocked, and many other feelings."

As for what the message contained, it was a DM asking, "Do u feel like u r promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies?"

Taking the contfoversy head-on, Liukin followed up with a message directed towards her critic:

"If taking pictures of my OWN body—a body that won me many olympics medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me—is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we’ve gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive."

She added, "This is ME. This is my body. While I’ve always been thin, I’ve not always been strong. I’m proud to say that I am truly stronger now than I’ve ever been. I’m sorry if my body is triggering to you."
