Kaley Cuoco Bends Over In Skimpy Spandex For Bedroom Yoga Showoff

Kaley Cuoco and her rock-hard yoga body are getting shown off all over the 'Gram. The "Big Bang Theory" alum is currently going out her mind with boredom from a new Canadian quarantine. Kaley, 34, has spent two months in NYC shooting upcoming HBO Max series "The Flight Attendant," now seeing herself in Toronto to shoot Kevin Hart's new movie. Kaley, who has admitted she "fell in love" with hot yoga after discovering a ton of sports, including running, that she hated, had posted with her latest apartment-come-gym setup. Just recently, Kaley went full animal mode bouncing squats from a hotel room bed – when there's no gym, there's no gym.

Today's stories showed the sitcom star in skintight black bike shorts, a skimpy matching sports bra, and a big 'old messy bun. Kaley was balancing her yoga moves on one leg, with a careful lean-forward bringing her energy to the ground.

"EVERY DAY I'VE BEEN DOING DIFFERENT WORKOUTS IN QT. THANKS FOR THE LOVELY FLOW THIS MORNING @ALEXISILVERFAGAN."

Kaley, adding a zen "Namaste" to her story, was also seen with prayer hands as she delicately balanced on one leg, then stretching out her arms and maintaining a solid core before the forward stretch.

Kaley and Briana are set to be double trouble as the two co-star in "The Flight Attendant," touted for a November release via Kaley's "A Cup of Cuoco" Instagram series. Bri, who starred on a 2013 episode of "Big Bang," featured on "The Voice," and co-stars in animated series "Harley Quinn" alongside her famous sister, has been on Kaley's IG for those summer workouts.

Prior to their NYC stint beginning in August, Kaley and Bri jointly featured on Kaley's Instagram, with the two kitted out head-to-toe in Bri's Cult LA athleisurewear brand. More below.

Kaley, never one to be too pretentious, has opened up on her path to yoga.

"I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates," she told Women's Health, continuing:

"I realized I don’t like running…I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing."

Also accompanying Kaley on her Canadian travels is popular chihuahua Dumptruck Dumpy, himself now boasting a cult Instagram following.
