Kaley Cuoco‘s deep bed squats need to be seen to be believed. The “Big Bang Theory” actress’ Wednesday groaning was all over her Instagram stories as she got creative and turned her bedroom into a gym – Kaley is currently in NYC amid big news that upcoming HBO Max series “The Flight Attendant” has wrapped up filming. Kaley, 34, was literally no pain no gain today, with her morning workout delivering mad power, likely also burning mad calories. Check it out below.
Scroll for the video. Kaley, who recently got called “impressive” for jumping rope 100 seconds straight in her NYC hotel, was likely in a hotel room and filmed from above. The sitcom star, clad in skintight black spandex leggings and a matching sports bra, was initially seen jumping into squats from her floor via a Zoom workout with trainer Ryan Sorensen. Kaley then whacked her rear up from a yoga mat before delivering the ultimate power move – the bed one.
Keep scrolling for more photos. Kaley, going full-throttle, then bounced from her floor right up onto a big bed – “No box for jumps? All good,” the star wrote, adding “Use your bed lol (cover sheets in a blanket. Don’t be an animal.”
Kaley then used tiny text to shout out a face fans are likely familiar with. Chihuahua Dumptruck Dumpy‘s Instagram handle was mentioned:
“@dumps_does_ny irritated I’m invading his space,” Kaley wrote. The “foster fail” pooch, now boasting a cult Instagram following, has been accompanying Kaley and 31-year-old sister Briana Cuoco on their Big Apple travels.
Kaley, who will make a workout headline whenever she hits the gym, has kept it honest when it comes to revealing what she loves and hates. The actress admitted that she “fell in love” with hot yoga after discovering she hates running.
“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried Pilates. I realized I don’t like running … I refuse to do it,” she told Women’s Health.
It’s been double trouble in 2020, though, as Kaley’s Instagram delivered her in joint workouts with Briana – Bri runs her Cult LA athleisurewear line. Scroll for more photos.
Kaley’s biggest pandemic headline-maker has been her return to shooting “The Flight Attendant.” The series will bring Kaley as Cassandra Bowden, a woman who wakes up hungover in a Dubai hotel room, only to find a dead body lying next to her. Six out of eight episodes had been shot prior to the pandemic pause.
Kaley, speaking on her “A Cup of Cuoco” Instagram series this month, confirmed she hopes the show will air before the end of the year, having previously teased a November release date.
