Selma Blair's flawless swimsuit body is spreading good advice. The "Cruel Intentions" actress' Wednesday Instagram update was a double-whammy as it delivered a sizzling bathing suit look, but the message was a helpful one – drink water. Selma, 48, might have her 2018 multiple sclerosis diagnosis as her biggest headline-maker, but with an Instagram account jam-packed with leggy snaps, the actress will wind up in the news for that fierce and muscly body. Selma's fans took under 15 minutes to respond to today's photo. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. Selma, followed by 2.4 million and recently in the news for getting flexible in $700 boots, had been photographed posing against floor-to-ceiling windows and with the camera taking her frame in full-length. The star, flaunting her chiseled legs and trim shoulders, wore a traditional black bathing suit with a slight v-neck finish, with her short spiky hair also making an appearance as she held a water bottle to her mouth.

"Water water. Don't forget to drink it," Selma wrote.

Selma's fans, backing her through thick and thin amid her M.S. battle, were quick to respond.

"In glass," one replied, seemingly haven taken on the message in no time. "Just casually standing here in a bathing suit drinking water,?" another joked.

"Double thirst trap alert! ???," a third added.

Upbeat posts from Selma aren't a guarantee, though. The actress, who has been photographed walking with a cane on L.A. streets recently, stays honest about her physical and mental health – captions are often touching.

On September 23, Selma updated with a stunning poolside snap of herself and 9-year-old son Arthur Saint Bleick, sharing her thoughts and possibly hinting at the weight of the global pandemic.

"I feel heavy today. Hearted. All is well right here. But I worry. So I am just being. Absorbing. Life. This life. The other lives. I ordered some pie. Coconut cream. This picture felt comforting. The footprint of a love. Love , selma ?. ?? I know we are all hurting."

Earlier this year, Selma took to Instagram with a candid update on the degenerative neurological condition plaguing her, although a return to horseback riding with horse Mr. Nibbles in August appeared to show progress.

“This is the thing. I feel sick,” she wrote. “It is long nights. Almost all nights. My muscles in my face and neck are in spasm. Or so tight I can’t even find a way to stretch. And I have been trying for three hours."

Selma garnered mass praise in 2109 for rocking up to a red carpet event with her cane.
