Drake’s baby mama Sophie Brussaux looked stunning while celebrating their son Adonis’ 3rd birthday in Toronto.
Over the weekend, Sophie posted a series of personal photos showing her with Adonis. She tagged Drake in the post captioned, “Joyeux anniversaire mon amoureux! 3 years ago, I was finally meeting you for the first time, after a long 24-hr labour. I’m so proud of the little man you’re becoming, I love you more than life. The world is YOURS! We did that @champagnepapi ?”
Drake's ex was showered with love from friends. One commented, "Happy birthday, Adonis! Congratulations on 3 years of motherhood, Sophie ?"
"Happy birthday Adonis! Long live your beautiful family sweetie you deserve all the happiness in the world," said one of Sophie's close friend.
In another photo, Sophie can be seen holding Adonis while he blows off the candles on his birthday cake. The two are seen in the kitchen of Drake's Toronto mansion.
The "Life Is Good" rapper shared a photo of him with Adonis at the same party.
Drake decorated the entryway of his 50,000 sq. ft. custom-built Toronto mansion with a bunch of silver balloons. Adonis is seen laying down admiring the birthday festivities while his father is seen behind him.
A close pal wrote, "He growing fast. He ready for shooting sessions already bro.???" Drake and Sophie have been able to keep a peaceful relationship despite being exes. They regularly hang out with each other with Adonis. Last year, the two got together for his their son's 2nd birthday party.
Drake and Sophie kept their son away from the public eye for over a year. They avoided him being seen or photos being leaked out. During the pandemic, Drake decided to post the first snaps of his son on Instagram.
The rapper wrote, "What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all. Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy.”
He ended, “When the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear, shift your attention right away to something bright."
"It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past or what is happening around us now, you can always make the choice to break free of the wheel of suffering and panic and open up to your own light. We are powerful manifestors , so once you make the choice in the moment to shift your awareness to something good, it will show you in your reality.”
