The reality star shared an unreal video on Instagram of herself hitting the gym and let's just say she is going all-in on the weight lifting! In the clip, Kailyn looks like she is already close to fighting weight and is definitely putting in the work.

Lowry made headlines recently after saying she is going to start focusing on her own health and fitness after bringing 4 children into this world.
"[I] decided to do s--t at my own pace. I decided I would start here - a photoshoot to be proud of my body and really love what it has been capable of doing 4x - but also as a starting point in my fitness & health journey," she wrote.
Adding, "Hopefully, I will be able to look back on these photos & see significant changes & progress - but still have a love for myself & all that my body has gone through."
