Willow Smith Beautifully Shreds Mystery Miley Cyrus Song On Acoustic Guitar

Willow Smith proved once again that she oozes talent and that she is a big Miley Cyrus fan!

The amazing singer let her fingers do the singing on Saturday as she played an acoustic version of a classic Miley song. Willow wore a faded tye-dye hoodie and black sweats as she focused the camera on her fast-moving fingers. Her pretty face moved in and out of frame while she jammed but her gold earrings and nose ring could be seen dancing to the music.

Even though Smith treated her millions of followers to the beautiful song, she wanted to make them work a little bit. She decided to play a little guessing game with her followers in the caption of her post.

"Who can guess what song this is? I added a couple passing tones and riffs to make it less obvious ?," she wrote alongside the cool clip.

It didn't take long for a few superfans to determine it was Cyrus' hit 2010 song, "Who Owns My Heart."

Miley herself was moved by Willow's choice to cover one of her classic tunes and literally sent love in the comments section of Willow's post.

"Love love love," Cyrus wrote as she left a ❤️ heart emoji.

"you’re an icon," Willow quickly responded.

As we previously mentioned, the song, "Who Owns My Heart" was released in 2010. It was on Miley's third studio album, "Can't Be Tamed." It's essentially about finding love in a nightclub and trying to differentiate what the music is making her feel and what her potential mate is making her feel.

The album marked a turning point in Miley's career because it was the last one that she did with Hollywood Records. She signed with RCA Records in 2013 and then... "Bangerz!"

Perhaps the best thing about Willow the artist is that she is in love with so many different music genres and styles. She recently showed off two sides of her musical tastes by jamming a groovy tune in a Jimi Hendrix shirt and letting loose for a thrash metal solo.

And we haven't even talked about her amazing singing voice yet! She blew fans away with her angelic voice back in May when she covered her own song, "Time Machine."

Her wide spectrum of musical tastes should not come as a surprise to anyone. Her famous dad, Will Smith is a great rapper and her mom, Jada Pinkett Smith was a fantastic singer in a metal band in addition to being a great actress.

Jada was the lead singer of Wicked Wisdom. The bands most well-known song is "Bleed All Over Me" and is still worshiped in the metal-loving parts of South America.
