Heather Rae Young Is 'Officially' In 'Nesting Mode' As Due Date Is Imminent!

Heather Rae Young is getting closer to giving birth!

Since announcing her pregnancy with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, in 2022, she has been open about her journey to being a first-time mother. Taking to social media once again, the excited mother-to-be disclosed that she was in full nesting mode in preparation for her son. 

On her Instagram page, the blonde beauty showed off her little ones' outfits, primarily tiny onesies with cute descriptions. She noted that he would need more of those outfits as she jokingly read what was written on it, saying, "Mama's new man, Daddy don't be jealous," with a laugh. In the caption, she partly wrote:

"Nesting mode has officially taken over ? I swear I spend more time in his room than I do in mine, and he's not even here yet!! Oh boy, lol…." 

She asked rhetorically if her followers knew the feeling of double-checking lists to ensure everything was correct and nothing was missing. The reality TV star noted that she had been doing that a lot, adding, "Anyways, I'll be here!! And if you want me to link any of my nesting/organization items, let me know ??"

Fans of the model also noted the outfits' amount and orderliness, saying, "So cute how you have them all hung up... lol I don't think that process will last long. ?" and "You honestly don't need too many onesies.. they outgrow them quickly!!!" 

Someone mentioned that she would realize very quickly after birth that the onesies would not be used in the first few months -- instead, a lot of zip-up pj's that were not white would be preferred. 

Another person advised her to go with the flow, adding, "Lists and obsession set you up for freaking out and anxiety. Relaxed, go with the flow, moms nurture more self-confident children." 

Before her nesting video, the actress revealed stunning pictures from her maternity shoot as part of her countdown to her due date. The Blast noted that the 35-year-old posted a three-picture photo shoot that entailed a golden-brown and white display. 

Keeping the theme warm and ethereal, she wore a short lacy brown dress with ruched sleeves and styled her hair in a ponytail paired with nude makeup and simple jewelry. In the following slide, she closed her eyes and placed her hands on the top and bottom of her bump. The caption read:

"Started last new year giving you guys a fertility journey update and now January 2023 a VERY pregnant me updating you on baby boys arrival. Since yesterday I've felt a lot of pressure which means he's dropping & he's getting ready to join the world soon. But when????." 

To conclude, she spelled out her belief in asking the universe for what she wanted and jotted down her wishes which read: "? A healthy baby boy's arrival. ? Leaving room in my busy schedule to rest & enjoy this beautiful time in my life with a newborn before going back to filming Selling Sunset & Flipping El Moussas. ? Launching a few new businesses (this is so exciting)."

The star then asked her followers if they had any similar wishes and what they were. Her fans gushed over her manifestations and pictures, writing, "Out of the 4000 pics and longest pregnancy in history, these are the best pics by far!!!!."

Another noted, "I love your manifestation. It's so positive and beautiful! + Just take one day at a time and be the best you can be.?" One person advised her, saying, "So much time to do business. Only one time to be newborn with your boy. Take all the time for that and soak it all in. It's precious, and it goes so fast xxx." 

Steady with her updates, she finally gave fans a glimpse at what her little boy's nursery would look like after months of designing it. The Blast shared that the unveiling is in line with the regular updates she had been giving since announcing her pregnancy. 

Dressed in a white sleeveless top and black dungarees, she stood at the door and said it was a very special day before opening the door and heading into the room. Heather gave a mini tour of the large but cozy room, explaining the inspirations for each design along the way. 

Apart from the elephant details in the room, which she mentioned she was obsessed with, the leather chair took the cake, as its leather covering brought the black-and-white aesthetic design of the room together comfortably. 

In the caption, she wrote, "Baby El Moussa Nursery Reveal!! ?. Now that his room is ready, I'm even more ready for him to be here!! But for now, I'm just going to take a second to soak it all in ?" 

She noted that Tarek and herself had been dreaming about what they wanted his nursery to look like and thanked "@babyletto" for helping their vision become a reality.
