Kelly Ripa needed a little extra boost before taking the stage with co-star Ryan Seacrest for their morning show, "LIVE With Kelly and Ryan," and the star let fans in on what is giving her an extra pep in her step. The newly-turned 50-year-old TV star was seen walking in the famed hallway of the ABC Studios in New York City on Monday morning after a weekend of celebrations back home with her close friends and family ... and it was clear she had a long weekend.

Kelly Ripa looked beautiful -- but tired -- as she strode the hallway on Monday morning in a designer leather minidress.
"I'm sucking on something called a Fireball," the TV host admitted to the camera.
She explained the candy-like concoction contained ginger and turmeric, before admitting:
"It smells awful ... but it tastes even worse."
Ripa may be tired, but she's got great taste as she was rocking a $1,400 leather minidress from designer, IRO. The supple leather dress also features a self-tie belt and the star paired it alongside a black pair of leggings.

Although Kelly Ripa was lagging a bit on a slow Monday morning, Ryan Seacrest appeared to be shot out of a cannon after a wild weekend of watching football and eating chicken wings.
As we reported, Seacrest sat down to enjoy the Georgia Bulldogs college football game on Saturday and prepared himself a little feast that included some delectable looking chicken wings. However, he took a moment to take a shot at his co-star, Kelly Ripa, and her aversion for eating anything on a bone.

"Halftime - traditional wings for the win! Are you a fan @kellyripa?" Seacrest captioned his scrumptious looking platter of chicken wings.
He also included the hashtag, "#meatonthebones," which immediately drew the attention of the recently-turned 50-year-old star.
"Wait. Did you tag me with meat on the bone?" Ripa responded to Seacrest.
Ripa, who adheres to a largely plant-based diet, has explained she despises eating anything on the bone and talked about it during an episode of the morning talk show earlier this year:
"Bone... makes me very nervous," Ripa told Seacrest.
She added, "I look at a chicken leg, a chicken wing as one big choking hazard."

Kelly Ripa had a good reason to be tired for Monday's show as she spent the entire weekend getting showered with love and celebration for her 50th birthday. The TV star shared some of the sweet moments that were provided by her family, including a ton of flowers and balloons delivered to their luxurious home in NYC, lots of delicious snacks and even a cake that was busted open to reveal a delicious candy-filled rainbow surprise.
Unfortunately, Kelly Ripa was not able to be with her husband, Mark Consuelos, as he remains quarantining in Vancouver while filming episodes of "Riverdale," but he made sure to send a sweet message to his wife via Instagram.
