Selma Blair Stuns In Wet T-Shirt While Touting 'Better Days Ahead'

Selma Blair may be focused on the future, but fans were fixated on the present as the "Cruel Intentions" star took to social media and dropped some new shots on her Instagram feed that gained serious attention. The actress shared her photos Thursday afternoon on Instagram while cooling off in the pool at her home and avoiding the soaring temperatures in Southern California. The fall heat wave caught many residents around L.A. off guard and sent everyone searching for pools and shade while the temperatures rose to triple digits.

48-year-old Selma Blair treated her 2.4 million followers to a real treat that appeared to be influenced straight from Phoebe Cates' famous scene in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High." Emerging from the water in a soaking wet t-shirt, Selma Blair was perched on the side of her pool while showing looking to the side and giving off a whole mood. The actress finished her outfit with a pair of nude-colored bikini bottoms and a dark pair of sunglasses.
Blair's t-shirt read, "For / Better / Days."
"For BETTER days ahead!" Blair wrote to her fans.
she added, "? for all ... I was trying a classic pool exit but my kid kept laughing. So we jumped in again!"
In another shot, Selma Blair throws down a grumpy looking look by the pool but she caps it off with a video of herself jumping into the water with her hands up in the air and laughing it all off.
Although the actress has been open about the struggles of being a parent during the COVID-19 era, she cherishes her pool time with her son, Arthur.

Selma Blair got heaps of love from her fans even connected with them for further conversation.
"Model material in my book-and ur how old??? And, you’ve been thru what??? Damn! God blessed U!!! Remember all good things come from the lord-keep faith and trust in the Lord—Don’t forget to be grateful everyday!" one fan commented.
Blair responded to the sweet message, writing back, " I am ! I am! My body is a force. And I am so grateful to be jumping. I couldn’t for years. And now .... pretty much can do a few times!!"

Selma Blair has been sharing on Instagram how she's been dealing with the brutal temperatures during the summer months and actually got some alone time to cool off recently.
"It’s awful hot. Arthur is with dad in the ocean. On a surfboard. I have time to get things done. Meaning... I will be in the pool, I reckon," Blair wrote back in September.
She added, "Even if the water itself looks like a pot of boiling water. Add moms emerald earrings (given to her by her parents when she graduated law school) and an unbearable day outdoors, feels a bit more glamorous. Stay safe. Drink water. Or just turn off the lights and find a cool corner inside."
