Andy Cohen has made his first comments about Lisa Rinna's announced exit from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

The reality star first joined the cast in 2014 during its fifth season, quickly winning herself an enormous fanbase thanks to her self-deprecating attitude. However, after eight years and a tumultuous season 12 that saw her go head-to-head with fellow housewife Kathy Hilton, Rinna is ready for something new.

Andy Cohen Is Hopeful Lisa Rinna Will Return To The Reality World Like Tamra Judge

Cohen, a Bravo executive producer and reunion host, took his time making his opinion on Rinna's exit public. Instead of using social media, he took to his SiriusXM show — "Radio Andy," to proclaim that the actress' exit "is a big reshuffle of the deck."

He began by recalling how "surprised" he was when the "Melrose Place" alum stated that working on the reality show "was the longest job she's ever had." "But then I wasn't because eight years on a series for an actor. She's a working actor; usually you don't get a part on a show that goes for eight years," Cohen explained about Rinna's full-time job.

The "Watch What Happens Live!" host added that the TV personality's longevity on "RHOBH" was proof of how "compelling Lisa Rinna is to watch on television that she went eight years."

He then brought "all the memes — and GIFs — that Lisa Rinna has generated" to viewers' minds to prove how impactful she has been on the Bravo series. Continuing to acknowledge the impact of the "Days of our Lives" star, who he recently called "iconic," Cohen stated:

"She has been really, really a huge part of Beverly Hills. And I really do hope that this is a pause. I hope she will come back. I really do."

The 54-year-old's hope that Rinna would make a comeback sprung from the fact that Tamra Judge recently informed fans that she would be returning to "Real Housewives Of Orange County" after a two-year break.

The "8 Simple Rules" star confirmed her departure from the franchise amid her ongoing feud with Hilton. The Blast shared that her decision to quit came on the heels of her less-than-desirable final season that saw her mourning the loss of her mother Lois, who died after a stroke.

The "Dancing with the Stars" contestant herself released a statement to the public, where she said, "This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career, and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series."

She mentioned that even though she had enjoyed her eight-year stay, she was even more thrilled about what was in her future. While the news shocked some of her fans, the decision to exit "RHOBH" was not made on a whim.

As it turned out, the 59-year-old had conversations with Bravo execs before both parties agreed to part ways professionally. Since Rinna did not divulge her plans, fans will have to wait to see what exactly she has up her sleeves in the coming days.

'The Big, Fun, Sexy Sex Book' Author's Exit Sparks Online Reaction From A Former 'RHOBH' Star

Soon after Rinna's announcement went live, The Blast noted that her fans, co-stars, and celebs reacted on social media — and not all of them were good.

For example, her former co-star Lisa Vanderpump took to Twitter where she simply tweeted, "Ding dong"— words that a few fans interpreted as a reference to the song, "Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead," from the 1939 film, "The Wizard of Oz."

The tweet immediately caused an uproar from Rinna's supporters, who reminded Vanderpump that she was fired from the show. "You are so low rent," one of her followers began before telling her that her "actions speak for themselves and always have so I wouldn't gloat."

Another person noted that Vanderpump was "always keeping up with the show she ran away from. Atleast she's consistent," and a third asked, "didn't they say this when you finally got off the show????"

Others who know how dramatic LVP — as she is fondly called — and Rinna's relationship has been over the years cheered the former on by giving her tweet over 40k likes. One person even exclaimed, "come through with the shade!!" in the replies.
