Nicki Minaj is officially a mom!!
According to multiple reports, the 'Trollz' rapper just gave birth to a newborn baby on Wednesday in a Los Angeles hospital. The 37-year-old star welcomed her first child with husband, Kenneth Petty, who appears to have been by her side.
The news of Nicki's baby comes only months after she announced the pregnancy and decided to light up Instagram by posting a set of stunning photos of her growing baby bump!
"#preggers," Nicki captioned the post, adding, "Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes."

Interestingly, the sex and name of the baby is still a mystery, something it appears Nicki and her husband have wanted during this process.
As we reported, Nicki was planning to become a mom for some time after announcing last September she was retiring from rap music and starting a family. Eventually, she got back in the game but married a childhood sweetheart, Kenneth Petty.
The good news is several reports say Petty was able to be by his wife's side -- something he wasn't promised -- after being charged with no registered on the sex-offender list when moving to Los Angeles.
There's more...
"I've decided to retire and have my family," Nicki wrote on Twitter in 2019. She added, "I know you guys are happy now. To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me, in the box—cuz ain't nobody checkin me. Love you for LIFE."
Not long after the stunning message, Nicki apologized to her fans for such an abrupt move, saying, "I'm still right here, still madly in love with you guys and you know that. In hindsight, this should've been a Queen Radio discussion and it will be. I promise u guys will be happy. No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt and insensitive, I apologize babe."
Nicki Minaj made huge headlines in the past few weeks after joining Tekashi 6ix9ine for a new track 'Trollz' and defending him for snitching on the Bloods gang.
During an Instagram live stream, Nicki agreed with Tekashi 69 that being down with the streets is different than being a rapper and didn't shy away from working with him as many other people in the industry.
It's unclear if Nicki Minaj or Kenneth will share any information about their new bundle of joy, so far they haven't confirmed the good news!
