Britney Spears DENIES She Went To A Birthday Party Last Weekend

Singer Britney Spears is denying that she went out to a birthday party over the weekend, despite being photographed with her BFF Paris Hilton.

There have been conspiracy theories floating around the web over the past few months that claim that the 41-year-old pop star is actually dead due to the number of old photos and videos that she has been posting.

Fans were relieved to hear reports coming in over the weekend that Britney had actually stepped out for Cade Hudson's birthday bash, but on Monday, the "Toxic" singer took to Instagram to claim that those pictures were "from years ago."

On Monday night, the "Hold Me Closer" singer took to Instagram to share a 42-second long clip that featured her posing in a strapless red outfit and a tiny red skirt. The crop top said "Coca-Cola" over the top in its signature white lettering.

Britney set the music in the video to Normani’s “Wild Side” featuring Cardi B and bobs around in the video, shifting her hips from side to side. At one point, she puts on aviator glasses and attempts to disco as she rocks back and forth in her knee-high white boots.

“Sorry about my post yesterday with no music ? !!! That was horrible ??? … oh well !!!” Britney began, referring to one of her deleted dancing videos. “Here’s me going through my closet realizing outfits I have never worn !!! I am a practical shopper but I was really surprised going through my closest and what I found !!!”

She then segued into the topic of interest: the birthday party photos. “Also have no idea about these pics of me from a birthday party … I haven’t been to a bday party in forever !!!” Britney wrote. “And as for the pics, those have to be from years ago !!! Kind of creepy and weird that no one is talking about that … makes no sense whatsoever !!!”

She concluded her post by revealing that she has “way more” fashion videos to share with her followers, writing, “Anyways, here’s me modeling RED outfit number 1 !!! That means there are way more to go … 7 is my favorite ? !!! I will SHARE with you lovely people !!!”

However, fans were much more concerned with the fact that she denies attending Cade Hudson’s birthday party when multiple sources say that she was in attendance.

On Sunday, January 8, TMZ was the first to report that Britney and Paris Hilton were photographed at agent Cade Hudson’s 36th birthday party. The star-studded bash was hosted at The Park in Santa Monica and there were plenty of paparazzi around to photograph the occasion. Sources say that Paris and Britney spent the whole night together, with singer Kelsea Ballerini performing a few songs.

Other celebrities that reportedly attended the bash were actor Robert Pattinson, comedian Jeff Ross, actor Edward Norton, model Suki Waterhouse, actress Hayden Panettiere, comedian Tiffany Haddish, actress Emma Roberts, actor James Marsden, and singer Demi Lovato, among others.

The most shocking thing to mention is if Britney’s claim is true, why would Paris Hilton be posting old photos of her friend on Instagram?

Two days ago, the “Stars Are Blind” singer shared a lengthy tribute to Cade Hudson to celebrate his birthday. She also attached a whole Instagram carousel full of star-studded photos, including one that featured Britney and Cade posing together for a photo.

“Happy Birthday @CadeHudson22! ? Sending you so much love on your special day!?So many fun memories together over the years!? We always have the best time!” she wrote in the caption. “You always make me laugh.? You are so much fun and you have a heart of gold.❤️‍? Thank you for always being such a loyal and true friend.? Feel so lucky to have you in my life!??‍?‍?? Excited to celebrate you this weekend and make more epic memories together???? Love you forever and always?.”

Fans wondered if Britney had been photoshopped into the photo given the low-quality image. Paris took to the comments to explain, “To all of those asking. Some of these photos were taken on an iPhone so they ended up being blurry.” She added, “So they used this app called Remini to make it look unblurry and sometimes the Ai distorts images. Didn’t want to even dignify this with a response. But some of these conspiracy theories are absolutely ridiculous.”

Fans went back and forth on whether or not Britney was photoshopped into the photo for quite a while, forcing Paris to eventually shut down comments on the post entirely. However, it still doesn't answer the question of why Britney would deny going to the birthday party.
