Tory Lanez’ new music video features a Britney Spears lookalike being tied up to a pole with a rope.
The rapper, who is accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion, released the music video for his song “The Most High” from his new “tone deaf” album Daystar. On the song, Tory tries to defend himself from accusations he shot Meg all while throwing shade at the people who spoke publicly about him.
On the track, he raps, “I walk away free 'cause I'm innocent And when I walk, the whole world know a nigga wild (He's wildin')” In the video, Tory is seen in a courtroom and talking to the press as he leaves. Later, Tory jumps in the boxing ring with the devil, who he knocks out.

Tory, who is still under investigation by LAPD for the shooting, decided to shoot another scene in a beach chair with a bunch of models dancing around him. He attempts to portray himself as being carefree despite the growing disdain for him.
But I'm the one they gotta spare like a Britney, ni--a (Ni--a, facts)" which is a reference to Britney Spears. In the video, Tory hired a Britney lookalike to be tied to a pole with rope. The woman is wearing the same outfit Britney wore in her "Hit Me Baby One More Time" music video.
The Britney impersonator is seen with a bunch of creepy man in masks walking around her with candles.

Tory's decision to include the scene is baffling due to his current situation. The album debuted at number one but was his lowest first week ever.
Many have criticized Tory for releasing an album that they believed glorified violence against women, specifically a black woman.
One of the critics included KeKe Palmer. She released a lengthy video after the album was released where she ripped into Tory. She wrote, “I’m probably going to delete later but I’m seeing stuff like everybody is seeing stuff and I really hate how Megan’s word isn’t enough for some of y’all. I know “we weren’t there” but it feels insensitive to exploit the details of your relationship with someone in an attempt to excuse your own behavior and gain popularity.”
She added, “It feels the opposite of accountable, almost seems narcissistic and I think toxic if we as a society say it’s okay.

In the song, Tory talks about his fans shouting “Free Tory” when he was actually on the beach and not in jail. He said, “They tried to turn me to a cold felon (Facts) All they helped me do is get some more millions (More facts) All I see is, "Free Tory, free Tory" (Hahaha) Homie, I was in Miami on the shore chillin' (He's wildin') I got a whole new chick, mean We on the Island and she fuck me like she off a bean.”
She added, "I don’t wish bad on anyone! People make mistakes and can grow from them. However, not at the expense of someone who was put in a victimizing situation. Idk .. It’s not my situation but I just wanted to say that cause I know how it can feel when people don’t believe you.”
KeKe ended with this note, “P.S. A person can not say they love you and want to make amends with you but then put you in situations where you can get ATTACKED. That’s toxic behavior. How do they care for you when they set you up to be called a liar? Let’s acknowledge the discrepancy in that.”
