Arnold Schwarzenegger's Son Displays Huge Back in Shirtless Lift

Arnold Schwarzenegger is extremely proud of all his children, but he must feel a very special twinge of pride for Joseph Baena as he has clearly embraced a love of bodybuilding and fitness on a level that only "The Terminator" could love and understand. 22-year-old Baena has been amassing a large following on social media as he has gone from a once shy, private person to a flourishing fitness influencer and outspoken personality as he regularly showcases his powerlifting workouts and muscle bulking techniques.

Joseph Baena has not confirmed whether he will follow in his father's footsteps and become a professional bodybuilder, but he has sure shown on his social media that bodybuilding will remain a huge part of his life. The recent college graduate regularly works out at the same legendary Gold's Gym that his father made famous back in the Mr. Olympia days, and can even be seen lifting with "The Terminator" star every now and then.
He has also started to highlight more of his workouts and engage his social media audience by sharing his meals and other personal details.
Over the weekend, Joseph Baena hit the gym and showed off his ripped back muscles for his 212,000 followers.
"It’s all about the stretch and squeeze! What are your favorite back exercises?" Baena asked while showing off a series of heavy lifts, including rows and pull downs.
Baena went shirtless for his workout and his eye-popping video quickly racked up thousands of views due to his insane back muscles.
"As a big fan of Arnold, I’m so happy he has a son who follows his path!" one fan commented on the video.
"Terminator 2.0," another person suggested.

Joseph Baena is the previously unknown son Arnold Schwarzenegger secretly fathered with his former maid, Mildred Baena. The "Kindergarten Cop" star's affair with Mildred led to the end of his 25-year marriage to the mother of his other children, Maria Shriver.
Joseph was born a few days after Shriver gave birth to Schwarzenegger's other son, Christopher.
To this day, Schwarzenegger and Shriver are separated but never finalized their divorce, while the "True Lies" star maintains a public relationship with Joseph and his other children.

Arnold Schwarzenegger also did right by Joseph when he made sure his son had all the educational opportunities as his other children. After graduating Pepperdine University with a degree in business administration, Schwarzenegger was front and center at the graduation to shower his son with congratulations.
"Congratulations Joseph! Four years of hard work studying business at Pepperdine and today is your big day! You have earned all of the celebration and I’m so proud of you. I love you!" the movie star wrote.
