The 45-year-old's social media hiatus must have left his fans hungry for the "Runaway" rapper's presence. Perhaps, this inspired Ye's family to remind the world about him. The Georgia native's ex-wife and oldest daughter recently shared a surprising TikTok video.

The clip, uploaded on the mother and daughter's joint account, captured the duo doing what they do best — creating viral content. In the footage, North used her blossoming makeup skills alongside some AI filter to transform herself into her famous father.

The 9-year-old has been described by many as Ye's mini-me; however, the adorable child took being her father's doppelganger vibes to a new level. With creative contouring and black makeup, North gave herself thicker eyebrows, a more-defined nose, and a jawline.

Additionally, the "Praise God" artist's daughter tucked her braids into a black beanie and created a fake hairline. To top it off, the up-and-coming stylist sported a fake goatee like her father's signature beard and donned a black hoodie.

To solidify her character, North ditched her cute smile for a brooding face looking as serious as the "Good Morning" rapper usually does. On the other hand, Kardashian brought fun into the video. The TV personality followed the all-black theme in a black tank top, leather trousers, and oversized metallic sunglasses.

Standing behind her daughter, the California native struck various poses as Ye's 2013 hit song "Bound" played in the background. The clip ended with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star affectionately draping an arm around her daughter's neck, being affectionate.

The mother-of-four's action presumably referenced her performance as a video vixen in her ex-husband's track. The music video in question captured the entertainer topless while riding a motorcycle driven by Ye.

At the bottom of the mother-daughter clip was the caption "Bound Baby." The reason behind the video was not revealed, but various guesses came to mind. Could this be a tribute to the BET Award winner amid his antisemitic scandal or a simple social media post without a deeper meaning?

Perhaps the dynamic duo wanted to show off North's makeup skills or uncanny her resemblance to her father. Could it be a jab at the Georgia native? Only the content creators know the truth. However, their video touched the hearts of over four million people who eagerly smashed the like button.

Knowing how cruel the public can be, Kardashian turned off the message feature on her joint TikTok account to protect North from unfiltered comments. However, blocking one path did not stop fans from sharing their views on the mother and daughter's content.

By popular demand, Twitter was once again the dumping ground for folks to express themselves. Despite racking up numerous likes, several people did not enjoy the Ye-themed video.

"WHAT are North West and Kim Kardashian doing on tiktok today," a concerned fan wrote, adding three crying emojis to emphasize their pain over the clip.

Another worried individual believed North's social media privileges should be revoked. The person penned, "someone take the phone from North West… and that someone should be Kim Kardashian."

The barrage of disapproval did not end there as more people attacked the KKW Beauty founder, for negatively influencing her daughter. An upset fan wrote, "@KimKardashian, why are you destroying North and dressing her up like her father? Why are you intentionally messing her up? What is wrong with you."

Another disappointed person noted that the mother and daughter duo had become "TikTok trolls," while someone found the post offensive to the Hip-hop icon. The enraged Twitter user's message read,

"Kim Kardashian has her Daughter, North West, Mock her Father, Kanye, who is Currently Struggling from Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety."

Fortunately, not everyone was a critic, as a fan found the video hilarious and praised the duo for their "unhinged energy."
