Savannah Chrisley Reveals Split From Nic Kerdiles After Failed Engagement

Savannah Chrisley has announced her split from Nic Kerdiles after trying to make it work following their failed engagement. The 23-year-old "Chrisley Knows Best" star revealed the sad news on Tuesday, September 15 after months of defending their relationship. Taking to her social media in the afternoon, Savannah Chrisley shared a sweet throwback from their engagement photoshoot when the two looked happy in love. Earlier this year, the blonde bombshell told her followers they had decided to "get back to dating" each other and called off walking down the aisle.
Nic Kerdiles asked for Savannah Chrisley's hand in marriage on Christmas 2018 and now, their future together has come to an end. "You’ve all been wondering...so here it is," she captioned the sweet throwback before making the announcement. "Oh how I wish this smile was on my face and that infectious laugh was spewing out of my body right now...but sadly it’s not. Nic and I have decided to call it quits," she revealed.

Stating that there's "no hatred" between them, Savannah Chrisley said that "makes saying goodbye even harder." Addressing their separate future together, she continued, "We have nothing but love, respect, and admiration for one another but it’s time for us to move forward individually."
The two began dating three years ago before he popped the question and Savannah Chrisley added they have been the "best years of my life." Turning her focus to her faith, Todd Chrisley's daughter said that God has a "greater purpose for my life."
"I believe that He will take this hardship and make something beautiful out of it," she added before asking her followers to "please be kind with this news that I am sharing." The two have fought off trolls recently who have questioned their relationship. Even Todd Chrisley got in on their fight.
Just last week, her father shared a snap showing Savannah and Nic cuddled up together on the couch. The duo looked happy in love and Todd hit back at haters who came for them.
Nic recently caught backlash when he showed he was still apart of the family on Nana Fay's birthday. When he shared a picture with Savannah Chrisley's grandma and thanked her for always being "in my corner," followers told him to "move on."
After revealing they ended their engagement, Savannah explained the reasoning on her family's podcast saying they were moving at lightning speed and needed to slow down. "We made [the decision] together. We both realized that things moved way too fast and we needed to go back to dating," she said at the time.
