Jen Shah Caught In Alleged Cheating Scandal, Could Be Used In Court

A woman has informed the feds that Jen Shah had a restraining order out for stalking and harassment after an affair went left.

The woman, who has remained anonymous contacted the feds to discuss a restraining order she once had out on Shah about four years ago. Even though it was a while ago the prosecutors want to use this as evidence against Shah in some way.

Besides all that, the Bravo-obsessed will love this next sip of tea, the woman who filed the restraining order is claiming that it was over an affair that Shah supposedly had with her husband.

This woman claims that the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star was involved in a tryst with her husband. In the docs obtained by TMZ, the woman alleges when the affair was found out, she sent screenshots of the texts between the two to Coach Shah and it turned into a blowout.

The woman went on to claim that Shah drove across state lines to Nevada where the woman and her husband reside. She got there at 2:30 AM and attempted to confront the woman at her door, the cops were called immediately.

The temporary restraining order was issued that night. There is no update on what happened after it was issued but we assume Jen took her butt back to Salt Lake quick fast. The problem here is if you watch RHOSLC you know that Jen can get a little nuts.

Now, yes, it’s a reality show and editing blah, blah, blah but it’s not like she didn’t act that way, they just edit it to be entertaining but we’ve seen Jen throw and break glasses at her so-called friend’s feet at her own party.

Jen has also threatened to drown fellow cast member Whitney Rose over a misunderstanding, Jen regularly screams and shouts on the show when things don’t go her way, and the latest is that fans are suspecting she is the one that gave fellow cast member Heather Gay the black eye (nothing have been confirmed or proved). So the temper part is there.

It will likely be used to determine her character on the stand. Jen will be sentenced on Jan. 6 and the feds were initially asking for 10 years but with this past restraining order, they are hoping to characterize her in a way that will garner a harsher sentence which is apparently what the feds have wanted all along.

Nothing will be set in stone until Friday, but we have to say, this doesn’t look great for Jen. She has spent this entire season proclaiming her innocence. She has also been living like she may not go away but every once in a while, she snaps back to reality and has a crying fit about it all.

The Bravo show is there to catch it all and has been hanging on as long as they could but unlike Teresa Giudice, the show will go on without Jen. Bravo has already taken steps to remove Jen from the fold.

Jen shared with her followers that the producers and Andy Cohen thought it was best that she does not show up to the reunion this year. In a personal post on IG, she stated that the network believed that if she is unable to discuss the case then there is no point.
