Fans would recall that Tammy gave her loved ones quite the scare last year when she stopped breathing and her "body shut down," leading her to get a tracheostomy.
According to the new season's trailer, the surgical procedure ensured that she could get emergency breathing support at any time.
As seen in the clip, the 36-year-old, who is proud to be alive and bragged, "I'm still here, b**ches," while asking her bariatric surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, in the clip if she could get authorization for her bariatric surgery. Unfortunately, Dr. Smith revealed he believes she still has a lot of weight to lose first. "I told you, Tammy, you have real risks," he cautioned.
The YouTuber's brother Chris, who is present in the hospital room with her, then notes that she would die because of her weight if she does not get the surgery.
The trailer also shows Tammy back in rehab to work on her weight loss goal. However, the 36-year-old prioritizes her new romance while her health keeps getting worse. A dramatic scene of the upcoming season shows doctors shouting that her "oxygen is dropping" before hurrying to her bedside.
Her family fears the worst would happen, that their baby girl is "gonna end up dead," making them emotional. In addition to Tammy's health journey, fans will see her sister's pregnancy experience with her second child, whom she shares with her husband, Michael.
It seems the doctor had concerns about Amy's baby because she was "still morbidly obese," and things eventually went sideways, leading the pregnant star to wound up in the hospital.

Tammy Got A Tracheostomy To Save A Life
Away from the reality show, Tammy was able to pull through her health scare with the help of a surgical procedure, but it was indeed a difficult period.
The Blast reported at the time that the plus-sized reality star took a break from dieting to focus on her mental health after telling her doctors she suffered from depression and other conditions that made her an alcohol addict.
Her medical team was concerned about her drinking as they believed it would be the end of her. Alas, it almost was, as she was unable to breathe and had to be transported to a hospital to get a tracheostomy, which is cutting a hole in her neck to get oxygen into her lungs
She was in the facility for some time using the trach, and it was unclear how much weight she lost based on the third season's final episode.
As you might recall, in season 3 of "1000-Lb. Sister," Dr. Smith checked on the reality star, who claimed she was "battling mental health" problems and "big time" depression. The doctor asked her, "Is it worse when you're by yourself versus when people are here?" prompting her explanation about why she decided to quit her diet routine.
She replied, "By myself, that's why I kinda felt like I needed to just take a break and not think about diets, relationships. Just clear my mind. Just work on me."
Tammy further revealed that she parties by drinking and smoking vapes to relieve stress while admitting to Dr. Smith that she drinks eight bottles of booze a week, shocking him to the bone.

The ceremony was intimate and included only thirty friends and family members. In addition, the wedding pictures showed the TV personality donning a white gown and tiara and posing beside her sister.
Amy was dressed in an orange dress with her hair dyed purple, while other snaps showed the bride beaming next to her husband, who rocked a black outfit with brown suspenders.
