Things seem to be moving from 'frying to fire' for Andrew Tate and his younger brother Tristan!
Things have been rough for the twosome since Romanian authorities apprehended them on Thursday, December 29, on charges of human trafficking and rape. Now, several of Andrew's luxury cars, including a Buggati, have been seized in the wake of the shocking arrest that gave celebrities a chance to troll the reality star.
Andrew Tate And Brother Tristan Suffer Huge Material Loss After Government Sanctioned Seizures
While Andrew and Tristan are being held behind bars for 30 days following a judge's decision to extend their initial 24-hour detention period, their outside word is getting upheaved. Romanian authorities seized 11 of Andrew's luxury cars after raiding his garage on Wednesday, January 4.
Confirming the news to Insider, Ramona Bolla — a rep for Romania's DIICOT investigations agency, said the vehicles were impounded to "sustain the cost of the investigation" into Andrew. She also stated that they would also be used as collateral to fund any payments awarded to the criminal brothers' suspected victims.
Even though Bolla could not immediately confirm the makes and models of the cars, a Romanian news outlet released photos it claimed were the seized cars. They included the Bugatti Chiron mentioned earlier, an Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate, and Rolls Royce Wraith.
The Tate brothers' drama began when Andrew tried trolling Greta Thunberg, an environmental activist, by bragging about the 33 cars he allegedly owns. "Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions," the internet celeb had written in his tweet.
The 20-year-old retorted without missing a beat, "yes, please do enlighten me. Email me at smalld**kenergy@getalife.com." Not one to let things slide, Andrew shared a clip, responding to Thunberg's tweet while eating a pizza and smoking a cigar.
Unfortunately for him, it was the pizza box that alerted authorities to his presence in Romania, as it came from a local chain. Within hours, celebrities had taken to social media to troll the self-titled misogynist. 85-year-old George Takei tweeted:
"So…Elon Musk let Andrew Tate back on Twitter, and Tate promptly used it to reveal his whereabouts to authorities in Romania, who then arrested him. All because Greta Thunberg owned him so hard his little wee-wee fell off. Do I have that right? Please say I have that right."
"Well, well, well," rapper Cardi B commented above a news outlet reporting Andrew's arrest, and actress Rachel Zegler wrote, "and after all the amazing work she'd done for the environment, Greta Thunberg would go on to win the Nobel peace prize for *checks notes* indirectly sending Andrew Tate to jail."
Meanwhile, "Abbott Elementary" TV star Quinta Brunson praised, "I know that's right, Greta," along with a gif of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks laughing as they high-fived each other.

Thunberg refused to let up on having a go at Tate, even after she indirectly led to his arrest by triggering him into revealing his own location in an attempt to invalidate her.
After they spent hours going at each other, The Blast shared that the seventh-best light-heavyweight kickboxer caused his downfall when he uploaded a video of himself bragging about his fleet of cars.
After tipping the Romanian authorities about his whereabouts due to the name on the pizza box in the clip, this subsequently led to his arrest, to the apparent delight of many fans of the "School Strike for Climate" protester.
The Nobel Prize nominee cheekily led the pack of celebrities and fans who trolled Tate after, writing, "This is what happens when you don't recycle your pizza boxes." To which a follower responded, "lol, when did Greta become so savage?"
Another user praised her, saying, "You took 33 cars off the road with one tweet. Respect," while one joked, "Revenge is a pizza best served cold." An enthusiastic fan stated, "Frantically googling how to nominate someone for the Nobel prize for a second time." Someone noted, "Greta, I don't think the planet can handle any more burning."
