Selma Blair is admitting that, all things considered, she's an extremely lucky person, but she's having a hard time processing the fallout that 2020 has become. Taking to Instagram on Friday morning, the "Cruel Intentions" star opened up with a long message to fans about dealing with the current times
"I swear, I don’t know how anybody has the bandwidth to process what is happening here. Everywhere. It is a lot to take in, even if you sit in a lucky spot of time."

Selma Blair shared her wisdom with fans alongside a stunning shot in her backyard. While sitting with her legs kicked up on a patio table, Blair wore a tight pair of denim jeans and a simple black top.
The "Kill Me Later" star continued:
"The child is asleep and I sit downstairs going over my day. The day . Of course my butter fingers deleted or archived my last post accidentally. The simplest of technology feels like a maze of procedures to me. I cannot be the only one. So I applaud all of you for knowing the ways of devices. This is today. Not my inability to present a color correct image."

Blair also spoke about the devastating wildfires, as the air in L.A. and the surrounding areas is full of smoke and ash:
"The air is drenched in the bitter and sweet smell and flavor of burning things. Ash. Toxins. A warning. An alert. It’s a lot. Knowing and Imagining the efforts and fear and adrenaline and exhaustion. Devastation so many people are going through. I am thinking of you. All of you and us. May the tides turn in our favor. For the highest good. Sweet dreams to you. Thank you."

48-year-old Selma Blair has been sharing her feelings with fans during these uncertain times and recently spoke about how she is finding happiness.
"Nothing feels “normal” lately. Most of us feel worried and sad and angry to a greater degree than that normal we used to be comforted with. Emotions spinning, planning strategies for the days ahead," the actress wrote.
Blair added that during a sad time she turned towards a beautiful pink dress to switch up her attitude:
"So I slipped on this dress and let out a laugh. A selfie in a pink dress with a hand up in enthusiasm!... still feels great."
