Andy Cohen cleared up this snub rumor going around regarding Ryan Seacrest and NYE’s night. Seacrest talked about the snub on Live with Kelly & Ryan. Cohen allegedly never spoke to him that night and he didn’t like that.
Andy Cohen Addresses The Accusation Live On Air

The Bravo executive used his radio show Andy Cohen Live to tell Ryan Seacrest that never actually snubbed him on New Year’s Eve and in fact, he didn’t even see Seacrest, which might be worse. Normally his cohost Anderson Cooper takes care of that stuff.
“I don’t even know what I, I didn’t see Anderson turn around and wave,” Cohen fumbled through his response. “Usually what Anderson will do, and I should, I should call him back and ask him about this, frankly. But I think he’ll yell at me if I do… usually if he’s waving at Ryan, he’ll say to me, ‘Hey, there’s Ryan.’ you know what I mean? Yeah. And then I’ll turn around and wave or I’ll say, ‘there’s Ryan,’ but he didn’t do that.”
Cohen decided to call up Cooper live on the air where he spoke about how awful he feels regarding the unintentional snub. “This is between you and I,” says Cohen. “He said on the show that you very politely turned around and waved to him and mouthed to him have a good show and that I didn’t turn around.”
Anderson agreed he did something along those lines and Cohen reminded him that in the past they alert one another to significant people passing by. Anderson failed to do that this time.
Wait, Is This Anderson Cooper’s Fault?

The CNN news anchor made it clear that “yes,” he did do that but he had a very reasonable excuse. “I just happened to turn, like, there were a couple times I looked to see if he was around and I hadn’t to see him. And then there was one time I just turned, and he was there over by where they, you know, do that hourly like countdown,” he recounts.
Cohen needed Anderson to do more clarifying, so he asked again. “Don’t you usually hit me on the side and say, ‘Hey, there’s Ryan Seacrest.’” Cooper agreed, “You were talking, I don’t know, you were involved in like some producer…”
One more time for the ones in the back, Cohen says again, “yeah. I was like dealing with the show? Right.”
It Was ‘So Fast’ Claimed Anderson Cooper

The night was probably a blur due to excitement alone (it was a dry New Year’s Eve, remember?) “I mean, it all happened so fast it wasn’t a big deal. I assumed, you know, I mean, every year we always say hi to him…. So I assumed maybe you had previously and I was just catching up.”
All this to say that it was only a misunderstanding and Cohen never meant to snub the fellow TV host and would have loved to have the opportunity to say, “Hey, there’s Ryan.”
Cooper felt a little bad and offered up an apology to his bestie and fellow ‘zaddie’. “I’m sorry if that wasn’t failing on my part, but yeah, I, I hope that didn’t contribute or anything. I mean, I think, I mean, I’ve, I, I thought I saw you, you know, waving or something.”
Cohen lightened the mood by admitting he was a little bit distracted “trying to get Duran Duran’s attention.” But to make sure everyone left off on good terms Cohens radio cohost John Hill asked one last time, “so you didn’t purposely not say hi to Ryan?”
Cohen responded. “No, I didn’t see him.”
