Drake And Sophie Brussaux Celebrate Son Adonis' On First Day Of School

Back in March, Drake revealed his 2-year-old son, Adonis, for the first time as the world was waiting since 2018. The public didn't know about Drake having a child until Pusha T called him out on the diss track "The Story Of Adidon." Since then, the two iconic rappers haven't seen eye to eye and have appeared to diss each other in several songs. The mother of Adonis is adult film star, Sophie Brussaux. In the photos in March, Drake also posted her with him and Adonis.

Now, it's that time where Adonis is starting school and Drake took to his Instagram to celebrate this special day. He posted a photo of Adonis wearing braids while waiting in front of a car in what appears to be Canada.

Many celebrities joined in on the comments in celebration of Adonis first day such as Diddy, Quavo, YG, 21 Savage, The post has already amassed over 3 million likes in four hours.

The Toronto rapper has kept his love life along with his son private but every time he does show Adonis, social media rejoices. They also point out the similarities that he he has with inherited looks from Drake and Brussaux. Prior to Adonis being born and shown off on social media, the public had no idea of any relations that Drake had wit Brussaux at all. The information didn't come to light until Pusha's diss record which was released in May of that year.

Brussaux went on to share photos of Adonis on his first day today as well as she made an appearance in the classroom. She expressed excitement about Adonis' first day and said in the French to English translation of the post that she is very proud of her big boy and joked that he's a "little part-time koala." Both were seen sporting masks as Adonis was on her back. Users on social media continued to pour in compliments such as on her looks and Adonis' braids.

Drake has also been building a lot of momentum for himself with his music lately as well. He released his "Laugh Now Cry Later" single with Lil Durk last month as it became the No. 2 song in the country behind Cardi B's "WAP" featuring Megan Thee Stallion. Drake also revealed that his sixth studio album will be titled 'Certified Lover Boy.' No official release date has been set yet, though. He initially said at the end of April that it would be out in the summer.
