Kelly Ripa has received a sexually-explicit and adult comment as the most-liked response to a light-hearted video about how to get a tiny waist. The 49-year-old talk show queen is currently in the news for finally returning to her “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” studio after months of video streaming – together with co-host Ryan Seacrest, Kelly is back to shooting on-set.
On Tuesday, the “Live!” Instagram account posted its first #KellysFashionFinder video since lock-downs began. The response has proven interesting. Check it out below.
Scroll for the video. If you aren’t familiar with Kelly’s Fashion Finders, they show the former “All My Children” actress backstage or on-set and walking fans through her mostly designer outfits. Yesterday did just this as Kelly wore a pale pink, puff-sleeved, and shoulder-padded print frock from designer Cynthia Rowley, plus a stiletto pair of Gianvito Rossi shoes.
Kelly opened by covering her outfit, then joking:
“And uh, Gianvito Rossi shoes. A little color, a giant bold shoulder. If you’re shoulders are big, your waist looks smaller. They say…I’m not sure, you’ll have to tell me.”
As The Blast reported yesterday, replies largely flattered Kelly, with fans telling the star: “You’re freaking tiny, don’t need the illusion!” Plenty of positive comments also came in over the dress – “I love all your clothes,” one fan stated.
NSFW comments on celebrity Instagram – much like bot ones – tend to sink fairly quickly. This comment did the opposite, now sitting at most-liked with over 210 likes. The user wrote: “Your body is so incredible,” then saying they wanted to “explore” it – and every part. More after the video.
Only one fan has replied to the comment – despite it getting over 200 likes. “Oh wow,” the user wrote. “Live!” has made no statement over the reply, nor, seemingly, has it deleted it.
Kelly marked her arrival back on the “Live!” set with an unusual and very COVID-centric photo, seen below. She posed twinning with 45-year-old Ryan Seacrest in a yellow hazmat suit and World War II-style gas mask, plus blue latex gloves and protective footwear. Scroll for more after the hilarious shot.
Kelly, whose pandemic headlines have included her #RootsWatch and graying hair plus her Caribbean lock-down with “Riverdale” star husband Mark Consuelos and the couple’s three kids, is gushing over being back in the studio. Well, via “Live,” as the show’s Instagram wrote:
“We miss our in-studio audience…but we’re thankful for our viewers!”
Kelly and Ryan were apart and video-streaming for 180 days prior the set return. Kelly has also admitted it felt “incredible” to get her hair colored for the first time since the pandemic.
