The actress was photographed all over her new younger boyfriend during their dinner date in NYC on Sunday and at one point, even got up from the table to sit on Emilio’s lap.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, Katie Holmes looked cozy and comfortable in a white t-shirt and jeans as the couple dined at Peasant Restaurant in Manhattan. As if sitting on his lap wasn’t enough to confirm the relationship, Katie Holmes was caught kissing Emilio Vitolo, Jr. too.
Gazing into each other’s eyes, the actress smiled big before going in for a kiss and barely came up for air. This is the second time the two have been spotted together and now, the romance speculation has turned into a full-blown PDA session. See the pics here.
They were first spotted together last month at Mediterranean restaurant Antique Garage in SoHo. Emilio is the son of restaurant legend Emilio Vitolo Sr. Together, they have fed and become friends with A-listers including Danny DeVito, Lenny Kravitz, Cuba Gooding Jr., Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner, and many more.
Prior to her new relationship, Katie Holmes was dating Jamie Foxx. The duo sparked romance rumors in 2015 after her divorce from Tom Cruise but kept their relationship under wraps for years. They ended things in August 2019.
According to reports, Katie Holmes was the one who pulled the plug in the summer of last year after he was spotted leaving a club in the early morning hours with singer Sela Vave. At the time, Jamie Foxx insisted that Sela was just a family friend, explaining, “I’m escorting her to my car, to put her in the car — my artist, who hangs out with my kids, who’s as young as my daughter [Corinne, 26].”
But sources told Us Weekly that this wasn’t the first girl he stepped out on Katie Holmes with. “It has been many years of him stepping out with other women,” the source told the outlet. “He’s disrespectful and their lives were different. His partying ways don’t fit with hers as she’s focused on raising her daughter and working.”
