Simone Biles' Instagram content was strictly not for vegans today. The 23-year-old gymnast whose pint-sized frame packs in all the muscle in the world has been feeding herself protein and iron – she's also been hanging out with easy-on-the-eye NFL player boyfriend Jonathan Owens. Simone, who went Instagram-official with the Houston Texans football safety last month, updated her Instagram on Saturday with a sneak peek into how Friday night went.
It was "date night" and it was definitely also steak night. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video that came with Simone adorably squealing into a giggle, seemingly over her swoon-worthy boyfriend. The Ohio native, who called Jonathan her "boo" on IG and has firmly moved on from ex Stacey Ervin Jr., updated with a quick pre-dinner selfie before the food. It showed her in ripped white jeans and posing with her hunky guy – then it was straight to the table.
The camera took in some high-end looking meat cooked to perfection. Two steaks, two guests, and one super-famous athlete writing: "YUM."
Scroll for more photos and some bikini action. Simone had sparked specuation over her ex allegedly cheating on her on Valentine's Day, but that's all history. Simone, who wished Owens a happy birthday on IG in July, then wound up in a romance that everyone's loving, including the piggy-back rides.
In August 2020, these two made it official: "It's just us," Simone wrote while getting a big kiss on the cheek. Fans are already calling OG on COVID'd cutest couple, but Simone's Instagram isn't just the cute date nights.

Simone's Instagram, if you aren't aware, is both bikini central and home to epic captions. "Sun Baskin'" was Biles' take earlier this year as she rocked a tiger-print bikini shouting out hit Netflix series "Tiger King," but a few too many swimwear snaps did have fans wondering if the single life was bringing out an attention-seeker.
Simone, not one for provocative poses, has mostly kept the bikini updates hilarious: "How to get a bikini body," she wrote this year. Her solution? "Put a bikini on your body."

Simone fronted Vogue in July. While the Annie Leibowitz-shot cover sparked a racism debate, the issue itself was hugely popular, also seeing Simone open up about being black and in gymnastics.
“Growing up, I didn’t see very many Black gymnasts,” she said. “So whenever I did, I felt really inspired to go out there and want to be as good as them. I remember watching Gabby Douglas win the 2012 Olympics, and I was like, If she can do it, I can do it.”
