Dr. Dre's Wife Claims He Tossed Her Out In 'Drunken Rage' Screaming 'F--k You. Get The F--k Out!'

Dr. Dre's wife claims the music mogul had 'abusive control' over her during their marriage, and threw her out of their family home while extremely intoxicated, yelling, "F--k you. F--k you. Get the F--k out!"
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Nicole Young paints a disturbing picture of the couple's 24-year-marriage, including the fact that Dr. Dre has admitted to being violent towards women.
In the filing, she claims his 'coercive control' and 'domineering' behavior lasted from the day they were married and continues after the separation. Plus, she also describes the alleged scary blowout argument the couple got in that ultimately led to their divorce.

In the documents, Nicole filed a declaration describing the couple's relationship including the very beginning where she says he was "re-establishing himself as a successful musician and producer, after early successes with his group NWA - followed by some notable personal and professional setbacks."
"While talented, Andre's personal life was turbulent and violent and was marred by encounters with law enforcement, incarceration, and physical and emotional abuse against women," she says.
The legal documents refer to Dr. Dre's admission during the 'Defiant Ones' documentary.
Nicole, who is represented by Samantha Spector describes in the filing Dre as having "extreme coercive control over her" and claims it started shortly after they walked down the aisle where he "forced" her to sign a prenup. "Under extreme duress consistent with the pattern of coercive control in the relationship that existed before the wedding date," she signed it. In the documents, she describes the situation as such "duress foisted upon Nicole was akin to placing "a gun to one's head."
In the filing, Nicole describes a blowout argument the couple got in on April 1st, 2020.
"Andre, who was intoxicated, told me that he wanted me to leave our (Brentwood) residence. He started yelling at me, "F--k you. F--k you. Get the F--k out. Get the F--k out. Go to Mailbu," she says.
After moving to the Malibu beach house, she claims the next day "Andre was still angry at me" and send text messages including "Do no spend one more cent...Period...You can't be mean and disrespectful and spend my hard-earned money. F--k that!!!
At that point, she claims, "Andre told me that he committed to improving our marriage. He stated that he would attend couples therapy with me and stop drinking, something he had also promised on March 19, 2020. However, it was not long before he showed he could not keep these promises."
Since that day, Nicole says Dre sent threatening text messages, including "If you allow [your attorneys] to disrespect me, dig into my personal business, that means War!!! And there's no coming back from that..."
In the documents, she claims he sent "harassing text messages" like "Why are you ignoring me? Why are you ignoring me...Should I come see you? Why are you ignoring me...Why won't you talk to me?"
She says, "Andre's threat to "come see me" at the Malibu house was frightening and instill fear in me."
As we reported, Dre, who is repped by Laura Wasser, is requesting to retrieve several items from the Malibu home including his golf clubs, a motorcycle, and a gun. But, in the filing, she claims "Andre's fixation with obtaining possession of a firearm in the midst of this litigation is particularly distressing to Nicole, especially given Andre's history of violence and coercive control, both before and during the marriage."
Nicole has refused to allow Dr. Dre on the property and says, "Andre's wealth approaches $1 billion dollars; not only can he afford to buy a new set of golf clubs, he can afford to buy the golf club factory."

As we reported, Nicole is asking a judge to order Dre. to pay $2 million in temporary spousal support while the divorce is ongoing.
But, she clarifies this number is based on the HUGE amount the couple made in the past few years. (In California, support is based on a percentage of income) Nicole says they made $95,298,910 in 2017 and $106,176,222 in 2018.
Dr. Dre's wife is asking the financial 'status quo' be continued while they battle it out in court, but its quite the lifestyle.
In the documents, Nicole says they enjoy a private chef seven days a week, luxury cars, and a team of security and staff. Plus, she describes the couple's vacations which include taking private jets to islands like Musha Cay in the Bahamas, and cruising on superyachts at a cost of $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 a trip!
In the end, she is asking the court for support because Dre. has a 'war chest' and unlimited funds to fight the divorce, and if he cuts her off financially she cannot litigate this case fairly.
A judge will ultimately decide in this situation.
