Simone Biles Building Gigantic Pool To Beat The 'Houston Heat'

Simone Biles's pool probably won't be finished before the summer is over but we are sure there is plenty of "Houston heat" to make it a worthwhile investment all year round.

The most dominant gymnast of all time revealed that she is building an awesome pool in her backyard on Thursday. The giant in-ground pool will feature a hot tub, an awning, and cute tiling. Biles is known for lounging around the pool when she isn't practicing gymnastics so she is obviously pretty stoked on the project.

Biles gave her millions of fans a look at the progress via her Instagram story but she also shared a snap on her feed that featured herself standing in the half-built pool.

"slowly but surely coming along," she captioned the pic.

It appears that the pool will be much taller than the star... after all, she is only 4′ 8″. She struck a gold medal-winning pose in a white sports bra and gold pants. The photo was taken from way back but fans could still see her beautiful smile.

Simone seemed extra pumped on the tile she chose to line the pool and the hot tub. She shared a close up of her favorite design and gave a shout out to the pool company.

"OBSESSED WITH THE TILING I PICKED," she wrote in all caps to express her excitement.

All her fans started clamoring for an invitation to the party that's going to go down when it's completed.

"That is going to be amazing!!" Olympic swimmer Nathan Adrian wrote.

"Pool Party!!!!!!! I’ll bring the floaties ??," one enthusiastic fan commented while another said, "Oh WOW. Can I just live in your pool?"

A third follower did their best to accurately describe the size. "This is an ocean," they noted. "She’s trying to fit the Atlantic in there!"

It's getting hot over there because Simone just shared a pair of shirtless snaps of her NFL star boyfriend, Jonathan Owens. He currently plays for Houston Texans... which makes her clever caption even better.

"houston heat ??," she wrote alongside the lovey-dovey pics.

Owens showed some digital love and left a ? winky face emoji in the comments section of her post. Many people noted that Owens is in great shape.

"Damn he fine, Simone. Get it girl!" a complimentary fan wrote while another said, "Damn...not sure who’s better looking! ?"

Simone did a pretty cool thing earlier this morning when she surprised a young gymnast with a special message on her 15th birthday. The Biles superfan joined Hoda and crew on the Today Show for their My TODAY Plaza segment but she was almost moved to tears when her idol said her name on national tv.
