Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Stassi Schroeder is set to talk about her firing with Tamron Hall.
The talk show host announced the lineup for her season 2 premiere week and revealed she snagged the first interview with Stassi.
The announcement read, “On Thursday, Sept. 17, in an exclusive interview, Stassi Schroeder speaks for the first time after being let go from the hit Bravo series “Vanderpump Rules” – a result of her racially insensitive actions that resurfaced this past June. She will discuss how the incident and recently announced pregnancy have reshaped her perspective on work and life.”
Stassi has remained pretty quiet about the situation and most likely has a lot to say about everything.
Back in June, Bravo and producers fired Stassi and Kristen Doute after their former costar Faith Stowers spoke out about their past behavior. She accused them of calling the police to falsely accuse her of a robbery.
The network quickly axed the two and released a statement reading, “Bravo and Evolution Media confirmed today that Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni will not be returning to Vanderpump Rules.”
Following the decision, Stassi and Kristen’s rep, Steve Honig, released a statement reading, “Stassi and Kristen acknowledged what they did was wrong, have apologized and been punished. Without casting aside their actions or the impact of those actions, they want to move forward as part of the solution in ways that are productive, meaningful and sincere. Both of them recognize actions speak louder than words and that is what will guide them as they move forward.”
Kristen sat down for her first interview since being fired from “Vanderpump Rules” on the ‘Hollywood Raw’ podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn. During the 30-minute chat, Kristen opened up about the situation and the lessons she learned from it all. The entire interview will be released Wednesday morning.
