Amber Heard is paying tribute to one of her closest friends for putting up with all the crap in her life -- literally. The "Aquaman" star took to Instagram on Wednesday evening and dropped some love in her feed for iO Tillett Wright on the well-known author and activist's 35th birthday.
"There are not nearly enough words to say how important and special you are to me. Just imagine me trying to stretch my arms to an impossible length (and it’s not even close) Happiest birthday to the one and only, my brother & best @iolovesyou I love you!!" Heard wrote on Instagram.

Amber Heard penned her message of love alongside a photo of herself and iO Tillett Wright. In the pic, Heard is seen leaning back on Wright's shoulder and making a funny face at the camera. Wright has been a longtime friend and supporter of the actress and was also heavily involved in her ongoing war with actor and ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Wright recently participated in the ex-couple's defamation trial and testified via video link from Los Angeles to the heavily-publicized trial across the pond in London.
One of the main things iO Tillett Wright discussed in the recent defamation trial was a heated conversation he had with the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star after it was discovered somebody had pooped in his bed. Depp has long accused Amber Heard of defecating in the bed during their bad breakup and has also suggested that it was iO Tillett Wright who delivered the special package. After Depp questioned him on the poop, Wright had testified that he heard the phone drop out after some arguing, which led him to call 911.

iO Tillett Wright has spoken and written extensively about his involvement in the heated breakup between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Back in 2016 he wrote a piece for Refinery29 and explained the decision to call 911 during a tense fight between Depp and Heard.
"I called 911 because she never would. Because every time it happened, her first thought was about protecting him," Wright wrote.
He continued, "Because every time it happened, the sweet, loving man we all cared for so much would come back with apologies, profuse, swearing up and down that he understood how bad what he had done was, and swearing never to do it again. We all loved him, but especially, especially her, and she wanted to believe that the behavior wasn't going to last."
