Teresa Giudice has opened up more on the feud between her and her brother,Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa. In a recent interview, the reality star revealed she didn't sign up for "Real Housewives Of New Jersey" to be with her family, adding that Joe and Melissa's presence on the show has significantly "hurt" her feelings.

Giudice also noted that, unlike her brother, she would have gone to find her own thing instead of inserting herself in a show they signed up for. Unlike previous years, Giudice was absent at Joe's Christmas celebrations and also won't watch the ball drop in the New year with him, his wife, and their kids.

She said, "I never signed up to be on a TV show with my family. This ['RHONJ'] was my thing. I was excited about it. It was something new for me, and it was like my job, and I was excited, and then all of a sudden I get bombarded and ambushed by my family. And it was very sad, because I felt like my dream kind of got shattered."

Sources close to Joe and Melissa confirmed to TMZ that the couple and their kids did not spend Christmas with Teresa, Ruelas, and her kids.

The Gorgas are reportedly spending the holidays on vacation with some of their family and friends, while Giudice is busy with Ruelas and her four daughters.

The bad blood between Giudice and the Gorgas started as far back as the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion show. By August, Page Six revealed that they'd stopped speaking after a big fight broke out during the taping of the Season 13 finale.

Sources later confirmed to the news outlet that the feud began because of unfounded rumors that Melissa had cheated on Joe with actor Nick Barrotta. The rumor was that Melissa had kissed Barrotta after spending a night out together in New York a few years ago.

The Gorgas reportedly believed that Guidice was involved in spreading the rumor, which quickly went viral on social media. An insider also shared with Page Six that another housewife, not Giudice, brought up the gossip while the camera was filming for the season finale.

The Gorgas were famously absent at Giudice and Ruelas' wedding because they believed she was partly responsible for spreading the rumor. The couple was originally invited to the destination wedding but changed their minds days before the wedding festivities.

During her "On Display" podcast, Melissa spoke about her and Joe's decision to distance themselves from Giudice. She said, "Sometimes when things are too toxic and you try over and over and over again and it just keeps coming back around to the same thing … even if it's family, you have to let it go."

Melissa also suggested that she and Joe had previously clashed with Ruelas but "never talked about" it to appease Giudice. Joe also spoke about how difficult it was to decide to skip his sister's wedding, saying, "To me, it was devastating. It was one of the hardest days of my life."

The beef between the Gorgas and Giudice made the October BravoCon a super awkward event, as Teresa and Melissa both kept their distance from each other. They refused to interact even when placed in the same room at the convention.

TV host Andy Cohen confirmed that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" panel had to be split into two sections because of the feud. Per Page Six, he revealed to attendees of the "Ask Andy" panel that both parties refused to be on the same panel as they're "really not in a good place, as you might have gathered."

During their separate panels, Joe went on a passionate rant about his family and claimed that Giudice originally refused to have him and Melissa on the reality show. Giudice, on the other hand, claimed that "fame and money" was the real reason behind their disagreements.
