Savannah Chrisley is taking a step back and admitting that she may be a bit controlling at times and feels that now is the perfect time in her life to relax a bit and enjoy being a carefree twenty-something reality show mogul. The "Chrisley Knows Best" star took to Instagram on Thursday afternoon to drop some wisdom on fans as she's been taking some time to slow down following her recent surgery.
" have to admit...I’m a bit uptight and want things to be PERFECT all the time." Savannah began her message to fans.

The daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley is known for always having it all together, but she's now revealing, "in all honesty...I just wanna work on being 23, loving life and letting it just happen instead of trying to control how it happens, and just have fun."
Chrisley also shared a photo of herself in a black sweater and daisy duke shorts while throwing her head back and soaking up the moment.
The reality star threw the question out to her fans, asking "Does anyone else struggle with these feelings?"

Chrisley regulary shares everything with her fans, including her personal feelings and whatever tribulations she may be going through. Just recently she revealed to be going into a third surgery to help treat ongoing complications associated with Endometriosis. Trying to break the stigma on discussing the very personal medical issue, Chrisley thought it was important to share what she was experiencing.
"I haven’t talked about this much because honestly...I have struggled BIG TIME. I’m insanely self conscious and just feel like my body has given up on me."

The young star went under the knife last week in Atlanta and thankfully had a successful procedure. Chrisley later updated fans on what went down in the operating room.
"Had a huge cyst they had to remove. Found endo in/on my uterus, ovaries, bladder, and surrounding areas. So Dr. Sinervo removed that along with a good bit of scar tissue. He also cut some nerves to help with pain. I stayed in the hospital overnight and then was able to go back to my hotel and now I’m heading home today!"
