'Selling Sunset' Star Amanza Smith Reacts To Heather Rae Young's Engagement To Tarek El Moussa

Heather Rae Young has not stopped smiling since Tarek El Moussaproposed to her in July.

During the August 27 episode of the "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef" podcast, Heather's "Selling Sunset" co-star, Amanza Smith, told host David Yontef that Heather has been absolutely over the moon in recent weeks.

"I've met him maybe twice. I met him at Christine's wedding and I met him at maybe Christine's engagement," Amanza explained during the podcast appearance. "But I met him at a couple events."

While Tarek has not yet been featured alongside Heather and Amanza on "Selling Sunset," Amanza said she's had only positive experiences with him thus far.

"He's very sweet. Yeah. I've not seen the girl not smile since well, since the day we had our fight," Amanza shared. "After that, I haven't seen her not smile."

According to Amanza, Heather and Tarek are completely into one another and never take time off from gushing over each other. In fact, Amanza said the two of them are praising each other "every second."

"It's the cutest. Like it's the cutest thing," Amanza continued of Heather and Tarek.

As fans of the couple may know, Heather and Tarek got engaged earlier this summer during a vacation on Catalina Island, California after dating for about a year.

Following the engagement, they spoke to E! News about their wedding plans.

"With the Coronavirus going on, it's really important to us that we have a proper wedding so whenever we get back to normal, we will be getting married," Tarek confirmed. "We're expecting it to be less than a year."

As for the possibility of sharing their nuptials with their fans and followers, Tarek seemed to be on board, telling the outlet that he and Heather were "open to it." Meanwhile, Heather was more hesitant about the idea of a televised wedding.

"That's something we need to sit down and really discuss if we really want all of the cameras around but I also think it's special to have it documented. We can look back and have it forever just like the engagement," she explained.

According to Heather, her and Tarek's engagement was filmed for HGTV.

"Tarek thinks of everything. He is so detail oriented. He knew exactly what I would want for our engagement," Heather shared with E! News. "He had a glam team waiting for me at our hotel room. He had a stylist there with a rack full of beautiful dresses, perfect size shoes, jewelry, a makeup artist, hair. He made everything so special for me."
