Morgan Turns Up The Hijinks With An Important Holiday Question!

As Morgan will soon receive the 4-1-1 on all things related to small-town life in her upcoming show with de Lesseps, which will premiere next year, she's looking to learn all about the meaning of... boxing day?

Several countries celebrate Boxing Day, which is an annual holiday that takes place on the day after Christmas, on December 26th.

The Encyclopedia Britannica defines the holiday as a day where "servants, tradespeople, and the poor were traditionally presented with gifts. By the 21st century, it had become a day associated with shopping and sporting events."

Morgan took a sporty spin on the holiday in her latest Instagram post. She posted a photo of herself and 'RHONY' co-star Eboni K. Williams inside a boxing ring, which is frequently shown on the series.

"Happy belated boxing day," Morgan wrote, "what is Boxing Day? Is it an English holiday?" she asked in her photo's caption.

As of this writing, none of Morgan's followers have offered her an explanation.

Hopefully, Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps can bring in a boxing ring into an Illinois gym on a future episode of "Luann and Sonja: Welcome To Crappie Lake!"
