'RHOBH': Lisa Rinna Attacked For Questioning Denise Richards About Brandi Glanville Texts

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna is being slammed for being a "bad friend" to Denise Richards after questioning her motives and wondering if she was telling the truth about the text messages with Brandi Glanville. Wednesday night's episode was full of drama after Glanville reappeared on the series at Teddi Mellencamp's surprise baby shower and passed around her phone showing off texts between her and Denise Richards, claiming those messages prove they had a "months-long" affair and validated her allegations of a hookup.

While Dorit Kemsley fiercely defended Denise Richards, fans were not satisfied with Lisa Rinna's response to the whole thing. Denise and Rinna have been friends for over 20 years and many felt that Lisa should be the one standing up for Richards when she's not there to speak up herself.

"RHOBH" viewers grew even angrier at Lisa Rinna when she showed up to Kyle Richards' home the day after the shower and said she wondered if Denise Richards was "manipulating" her. "I want to stick up for my friend. I want to be able to say, 'You know what, Brandi, I don't believe you.' And guess what? I can't do that," Lisa told Kyle.

Following the episode, fans immediately took to social media to attack Lisa Rinna for comments about Denise Richards. Many took issue with Rinna's reaction to one text that Denise sent Brandi which said, "love you."

"I don't have that relationship texting-wise with Denise," Lisa told cameras. "I don't say, 'I love you, honey. I love you, baby.' This is a relationship. This is an intimate friendship."

"So, because a girl says to another girl 'love you' you're intimate with her?" one viewer fired off on Lisa Rinna. "I love Lisa but SO judgmental towards her friend, Denise," added someone else.

"You had another chance to defend Denise and again u didn't. There was nothing nefarious in texts that I saw. Shame on u," tweeted a third. Interestingly enough, in last week's episode, "RHOBH" viewers watched as Lisa Rinna broke down crying while vowing to be a "better" friend to Denise after Richards told her she was "disappointed" that Rinna didn't have her back.

While the tears were there, many slammed Lisa Rinna claiming that the waterworks were all for show. "RHOBH" airs on Bravo every Wednesday 8 /9 central.
