'Dirty Dancing' Star Jennifer Grey's Husband Files For Divorce After 19-Years Of Marriage

'Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey's husband has filed for divorce after 19-years of marriage.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Clark Gregg filed the end his two decades marriage to the actress in Los Angeles County Courts. The case was filed on August 13, 2020.
The 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D' star filed just weeks after the couple announced their split and addressed the situation on social media.
"After 19 years together, we separated in January, knowing we'd always be a family who loves, values and cares for each other," the couple began.
Their statement continued, "We recently made the difficult decision to divorce, but we remain close and are deeply grateful for the life we've shared and the wonderful daughter we've raised.- Jennifer & Clark p.s. totally crying as we post this."
The couple included a photo of themselves smiling together.
Jennifer and Clark began dating in 2000 and married a year later. They share an 18-year-old daughter named Stella.
It's unclear if the couple has a prenuptial agreement, but obviously there is not child support necessary in this case.

The divorce filing comes just weeks after it was announced Grey will be making her triumphant return as the role of 'Baby' in a new 'Dirty Dancing' film.
The Lionsgate CEO confirmed the news calling it “one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood." Grey will be starring and executive producing the flick.
BTW -- The first Dirty Dancing movie was released in 1987 and grossed $218 million at the box office. It only cost $5 million to produce! The movie also won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for the original song “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life."
Jennifer has yet to file a response to the divorce.
