Naomi Campbell Enjoys Matching PJ Tradition With Rarely Seen Daughter

Like many around the world who celebrated the Christmas season with family and matching pajamas tradition, supermodel Naomi Campbell marked the holiday in a similar fashion.

Campbell, who announced the birth of her never been seen daughter in May 2021, naturally included the little one in the memorable celebration and expressed gratitude to be among those she considers family.

Campbell, who was feeling "grateful & blessed," posted a family moment on social media, featuring herself, her baby girl, and nearly a dozen people she calls family.

"Merry Christmas To All," she wrote in the attached message, adding an expression of appreciation and unconditional love for her folks.

In the Instagram picture, the iconic model could be seen carrying her daughter and standing in the middle of her clan, all donning the same red plaid Christmas PJs. They posed, huddled together, in an elegant living room well-lit with a similarly exquisite chandelier and open windows. 

Additionally, a Christmas tree could be seen in the far corner with wrapped gifts nearby, while a center table adorned with candle sticks and faux red berries was positioned in front of the family.

Campbell tagged a few of the featured family members, including Cindy Descalzi Pereira, Mado Descalzi, Serge Pereira, and Franco P. Descalzi.

The post has gained over 117k likes, with hundreds taking to the comments to wish the actress and her adorable kinsfolk a Merry Christmas. Among the commenters were several famed models and verified social media users such as Alexia Dechamps, Aduta Ketch, Melanie Ward, Irina Shayk, Carlos Nazario, and Elizabeth Elohor. 

One fan sent Campbell "hugs and kisses" after wishing her "a happy holiday surrounded by your loved ones and your precious daughter."  At the same time, another penned, "Merry Christmas to you, my Omi, and to your Baby [five red heart emojis]."

It is widely known that the May-born supermodel rarely shares pictures of her daughter, making her Christmas post one of those infrequent times.  Another moment was over a year ago, which The Blast noted was a few months after the infant's birth was announced.

Taking to her Insta Story, Campbell uploaded a shot of her baby's torso and legs, but without her face. She was clad in a Versace onesie featuring a couple of multicolored Versace logos against a white background. 

The doting mama used the post to pay homage to her deceased friend Gianni Versace who was murdered on July 15, twenty-four years ago. "I love you, Gianni Versace," she penned across the picture, adding a red heart and four dove emojis. 

In another throwback update showing Campbell and the late designer sharing a kiss after a show, she wrote in all caps, "I miss you, Gianni Versace, your intuition and actions ahead of it's time. Your work ethic to be admired, and your authentic embrace generosity and beautiful heart adored."

She added a few hashtags, indicating it was the 34th death anniversary and the legend would never be forgotten.

Meanwhile, fans would remember that the English businesswoman introduced her daughter to the world with a beautiful message, excluding her name. She expressed at the time:

"A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother. So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life; there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you, my angel. There is no greater love."

Back in February, we reported that Campbell opened up about her motherhood experience for the first time, nine months after welcoming her daughter.

The pair were featured on the cover of the March 2022 issue of British Vogue, and in an accompanying interview, the 53-year-old spoke sweetly of her mini-me.

"She's a good girl," Campbell admitted, "She sleeps very well, she hardly ever cries, and I'm told she's very alert for her age. She's just started waving, which is fun. She laughs a lot." 

The 5ft 10 inches model further mentioned that her child was almost speaking and progressing to walking before even crawling.

According to her, the tot had six teeth at the time and did marvelously well while teething, prompting her to call her baby "a trooper."

And although Campbell kept details surrounding her daughter's birth private, she maintained that she was not adopted and revealed that only a handful of people knew about her baby's delivery.
