Ayesha Curry‘s Instagram got hijacked this weekend. . The 32-year-old cookbook queen and wife to NBA superstar Steph Curry, now 35 pounds thinner, fronted media outlets earlier this summer for announcing she’d dropped a ton of weight in quarantine. Ayesha, fronting FitBit App, credited everything from the smart technology and regular exercise to a balanced diet for her weight loss.
Ayesha’s Saturday photos showed her in a skimpy, leggy, and muscle-flaunting look showing behind-the-scenes moments from her Shape weight-loss reveal shoot. Clearly, the muscles weren’t the focus.
Scroll for the photos and the comments. Ayesha, who turned 32 in quarantine and has kept the bubbling pans of food busy on her IG, posted three photos over the past three days. One showed her on the cover of Shape, with Ayesha’s rock-abs on show via a skimpy nude-colored crop top paired with sporty black shorts.
Ayesha threw in a summery mesh dress into further photos, with her caption reading:
“Raw iPhone pics from the @shape shoot that didn’t make it in… it’s was so cool doing a shoot via zoom w @erezsabag on a freaking cell phone. Just wild. @tiffanyolevia I seeeee you! ? #bts”
Ayesha, followed by 7.4 million, and no stranger to having her Instagram hijacked, now sees the most-liked comment zooming in on her toes.
“Them toes tho ????,” the user wrote.
Ayesha, who earlier this year had a Bounty towels promo go down a similar route when fans spotted the “Family Food Fight” host sneakily wiping her hand on her butt, proved she’s got a sense of humor. Ayesha replied, writing: “Pandemic toes… I’m giving them grace ?.”
It looked like the toes were getting more attention than the body, with the comments section exploding.
Fans jumped in. “@ayeshacurry I like the bare toe. Goes with the shoot,” one wrote. Another, meanwhile, wrote:
“I literally had to zoom in to see what the fuss was about. And I really don’t see the issue with the toes — they are far prettier than most and work well with the concept of the photographs. ??♀️.”
Ayesha has opened up majorly on her weight loss, and not just by posting outdoor biking photos with Golden State Warriors player husband Steph. She spoke to Yahoo Canada Lifestyle this month to reveal all.
Ayesha, raising 8-year-old Riley, 5-year-old Ryan, and 2-year-old Canon, told the media outlet: “I’m really into portion control over any kind of diet, and try to stick to nourishing, delicious food in moderation.”
Curry added that she keeps track “of the food I’m putting into my body through the Fitbit app on my phone, and the calories toward my daily goal are at a glance on my watch.”
“But that doesn’t mean sacrificing ‘chicken parm night,” she added. Ayesha remains the house chef. She’s also just launched her “Sweet July” lifestyle magazine, named after her good month as all her kids were born in July.
