Amber Heard may have zero respect for ex-husband Johnny Depp, per the actor's allegations, but the 34-year-old this weekend showed her respect for another culture. Amber, who fronted media outlets in July for her London travels as she faced off the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star in court during his libel lawsuit, has been traveling.

Amber updated her Instagram on Saturday with a stunning photo from her current location of Istanbul, Turkey. The "Aquaman" actress mentioned mosque visits. Likely the reason for her donning a light-coverage headscarf.

Scroll for the snap. It comes after mass paparazzi photos showed Amber at London's High Court last month, where 57-year-old ex Johnny fought out British newspaper The Sun for its 2018 comment calling him a "wife beater" – reporter and executive editor Dan Wootton was being the words.

Amber, who was in London with girlfriend Bianca Balti, updated solo on Saturday. The photo showed the actress sun-drenched and posing near what appeared to be a cemetery with trees breaking up tombstones. Amber, wearing a white top, slate gray jacket, and fuschia headscarf, shot the camera a direct gaze.

Amber's caption read: "Spent the day wandering around the magic of Istanbul’s mosques and couldn’t be more in love with this gorgeous city..."

Amber has comments to her Instagram limited. As The Blast reported earlier this year, the star was trashed by her own followers as allegations of violence from ex Johnny ramped up. The Hollywood heavyweight has also filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Amber after she penned an op-ed calling herself a "victim" of domestic violence. She did not name Depp in The Washington Post article.

Johnny's 16-day libel trial was not pursuing his marital issues, however Amber was brought forward in the case. As The Daily Mail reports, the star was heckled as she spoke outside the British capital's High Court steps, saying:

"I travelled to the UK to testify in these proceedings as a witness to assist the Court. After obtaining a restraining order in 2016 and finalising our divorce, I wanted to move on with my life. I did not file this lawsuit and, despite its significance, I would have preferred not to be in court."

Domestic violence allegations have flown both ways for the former couple who met on the set of "The Rum Diaries." Amber has dubbed her ex violent, but he's thrown it right back. Earlier this year, shocking 2015 audio was leaked, with the cell phone calls seeing Amber admit to "hitting" Johnny with pots and pans. He also claims Amber severed his finger by throwing a vodka bottle at him. She, however, maintains he was high on ecstasy at the time.

More recently, Amber faced allegations from Depp that she (or a friend) had defecated in the actor's bed, something he stated was the final straw in their marriage. Amber denied the accusation.
