Of course, the 29-year-old fitness influencer isn't trying to twerk with her feet on the ground. She's trying to twerk in a headstand, with her feet braced up against a window! Take a look!
Jen Selter Tries To Twerk In A Headstand For A Crazy TikTok Challenge!
In another recent Instagram video, the popular fitness influencer shared a video that showed her doing a headstand in a red sports bra and bright red leggings. She has her white sneakers braced up against the window for support as she tries to do the shoulder tap challenge. It seems Jen picked an inopportune time to practice her twerking, which results in a very jiggly booty.
In the caption, Jen confessed, “I was trying a shoulder tap Tik tok challenge but this song made me want to just twerk out ( almost 2023 - still can’t twerk ?❤️).” One fan joked, “The reaction of a neighbor that sees you in the window and thinking ‘Yeah, Jen is still trying to twerk.’” Another follower warned, “Windows are installed by the lowest bidder. Be careful.” A third fan chimed in, “Spiderwoman over here.”

Jen Selter Works Her Core In Another Exercise Video!
In another recent Instagram workout video, set to the tune of Connor Price and Bens’ “Spinning,” the 29-year-old fitness influencer slipped into a teal sports bra and matching leggings as she worked out with two black dumbbells in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows of her New York City apartment.
Jen begins the video by doing a reverse lunge with an overhead press, then does jumping jacks while pressing one dumbbell over her head. She then holds the dumbbell to her chest as she performs high knees before slowing down her movement to perform standing crunches.
Once those are done, she holds the dumbbell directly out in front of her and raises each leg to meet her dumbbell to work her lower core. Jen then steps forward into a lunge and then twists the dumbbell to the side to work her obliques before ending the video by poking the definition in her toned abs.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Discipline leads to habits. Habits lead to consistency. Consistency leads to growth.” Fans were happy to see another “Fit Friday” video and showered the post with fire emojis. “Beautiful,” one fan commented. “You are wonderful,” another follower wrote. “I love that ?,” a third fan chimed in as other followers wished her a happy holiday!

In another recent Instagram video, Jen revealed that she has been trying to master her transitions, and it looks like she has it down to a science! In her latest video, set to NOES’ “Like A Boss,” Jen climbed her stair climber in a variety of different outfits.
First, she starts off walking in a colorful rainbow unicorn hooded bathroom with slippers. As she steps, her outfit suddenly transforms into a red thong bikini that shows off the curve of her sunned buns. As she stretches back, she is suddenly wearing a long-sleeve white shirt with high-waisted white leggings and sneakers.
She then hops onto the neck step to reveal a long-sleeve black dress and knee-high black boots with sizable heels. At the end of the video, she holds up her hands and then hops backward off the stair climber, impressively landing on both feet in her heels.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Back at it ?
