Mark Wahlberg Shows Off Most Impressive Dad Bod Ever After Celebrating His 11th Wedding Anniversary

Mark Wahlberg is the one working hard and sacrificing all his time in the gym but his wife, Rhea is the one reaping all the benefits!

The legendary actor had his ripped physique on display on Monday when he posed for a shirtless snap with his beautiful wife. Mark wore green shark boardshorts (appropriate for shark week) as he got in a little family vacation on a lake in Gozzer Ranch, Idaho. Rhea stunned in a chic, black one-piece but it was her hubby's chiseled chest and incredible abs that stole the show.

Anyone can have big arms but it is long believed that abs are the hardest muscle group to make pop. Cleary, Mark does not have a problem there. We would like to think that he was finally able to take a day off from the gym while on vacation but knowing Wahlberg, he probably didn't miss a beat.

The couple just celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary last week and the family escapes to the forests and lakes of Idaho whenever they are in need of some rest and relaxation. Mark celebrated their special day by penning a touching tribute to Rhea.

"Happy 11th anniversary ❤️?just getting started❤️thanks for being my everything?❤️?infinity and beyond?❤️?," Wahlberg wrote alongside a black and white throwback picture.

Mark's whole thing is the 4 am club... that's right, he wakes up at 4 in the morning to get it going and he always reminds himself and his fans of his motto, "Inspire to be better." Did you think it was easy to look that good? The star is constantly promoting supplements and gym equipment but he makes it clear that showing up to the workout is the most important part.

When you go as hard as Wahlberg does, there are going to be minor setbacks. "My back is tweaked," he revealed in a recent video. We hope that he will be back to 100% soon so he can ~~shame~~ inspire us to hit the gym again.

Mark and Rhea are definitely couple goals! After 11 years, they are still going strong and he still can't keep his hands off of her. While celebrating Rhea's 42nd birthday in Idaho, Mark decided to get a little cheeky and grabbed a handful of her backside while on a walk. The muscular actor sure does have a firm grasp! Back in April, he confessed that he "Couldn’t help it. ?❤️" when he interrupted Rhea and his daughter, Gracie's TikTok challenge set to Megan The Stallion's song, "Savage." Mark reached into the frame and smacked Rhea's butt during the ratchet part!
