Earlier in the year, LaNisha went on a date alone to the Norton Simon Museum, where she took a picture of the "first genuine smile" she had had in a while. She recently posted the image on her Instagram Story, showing her beaming brightly in a car while she went back in time in the attached message.

Recalling her first encounter with Brian, the pro photographer admitted that her spirit told her not to go to the museum, but she went ahead, getting there early. Upon her arrival, a random car pulled up beside her in an empty parking lot, and two guys stepped out; one of them was Brian.

"I had no idea I was pregnant at the time," she stated. "But this was the day that I got up off the couch and decided to put myself first. This was me taking myself out on a date, lol." Noting that the decision forever changed her life for the better, LaNisha continued:

"Lord knows I needed someone like him to be by my side throughout one of the most difficult and important moments of a woman's life."

In another Insta Story post, the 40-year-old wrote on a blank page, "I swear God knew what I needed before I did." She did not end her narrative there but went on to post a snap of Brian on her Story, showing him in an art gallery with his back facing the camera.

LaNisha penned a candid note on the post in which she called him "so sweet" when he came up to her in the Norton Simon museum. The pair talked for several minutes at the time, and she asked if she could take his picture. She further wrote:

"I still had no idea what he actually looked like until we met up again, lol – He has no pics of himself on social media..but he has his poems, and I loved them."

Tributing the artist some more, the art gallery owner shared a picture of him posing in front of a wall painting. She wrote on the update that that was the first time she saw his full face and "beautiful" smile. About the same time she posted on her Instagram Story, Brian also shared the same sentiment, as he captioned his post, "The day that changed my life."

LaNisha's revelation comes after she commended her buddy for his support amid drama with her baby daddy. The Blast noted that she took to her Story to upload a beautiful picture of a grinning Brian carrying baby Onyx.

And in a short message, she called him "so caring and supportive" while adding in an accompanying post that he has been there every day, including the "good days and hard days plus everything in between."

Despite the perceived drama between LaNisha and her baby daddy, he announced the birth of their child with a heartwarming family snap and a strong declaration. The 42-year-old expressed awe in being given the privilege, alongside his baby mama, to host an "Angel on earth."

The media personality further promised to "protect, provide, guide, and love" his baby while silencing haters amid the celebratory moment. He vowed once more to love Onyx with his whole heart, no matter people's opinion, as he had stopped trying to define himself based on society's standards.

After pleading with critics to direct their remarks at him, not his daughter or the "pure-hearted" LaNisha, he urged the "Soul Plane" actress to enjoy the "moment of blissful joy of motherhood."
